The only place I will tan at in the No! The main reason: The beds here are very effective. You will definitely get to the golden color that you are looking for if you come here. The place is very clean and well kept. The girls at the girls at the front are always friendly. I love how they offer you a bottle of water which is so nice on those hot Fresno summer days. I have never really had to wait for a bed. I am sort of a germaphobe and the standup is the perfect solution for me. No need to lay directly onto the bed. Plus, it helps avoid weird tan lines on your chest and sides. They do have a large selection of beds to choose from. The location is very convenient and there is always plenty of parking available. My friend recommended this salon to me, and I wish I would have listened to her rather than trying European Tan first. They are a bit cheaper so I thought it would be better to go there...I was wrong. I came here after being completely ignored at European Tan on Palm. I was greeted immediately (already better than European Tan) by the woman up front who then walked me through the sign up process which asked about my skin type/medications I am taking etc...She then helped me choose a tanning lotion and didn't pressure me to purchase the most expensive one there (which has happened at other tanning salons), she then took me into the room and explained how everything works (the fans, radio, timer..). She also explained after care to me because I am very fair and she didn't want me to burn or to dry out my skin. She started me off at 6 minutes and told me to come back for two days then take a break before I go up to a longer period in the bed. When I come in, I just say my last name and the woman up front double checks the amount of time I want and then tells me which room to go into. Quick and Easy. The only downside is that it is a bit more pricey than some other salons...it is $53 for a month of unlimited tanning, whereas for European tan is $40 a month..but honestly, its worth it. Besides, they change their bulbs all the time so you can see results after the first day! For their good customer service, environment, and results I give this salon 4 stars. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place had high reviews all for their tanning beds which they seem pretty new, but my review is on the tanning spray. Biggest piece of advice DON'T get it here. I have never had a more horrible experience like this. I looked orange and uneven all over. The salon even gave me bad advice on what to use if I was not happy with tan that eventually left rashes all over my body. I read the reviews and saw nothing but positive things but I should of seen that it was for the tanning beds. I am writing this to help someone not make the same mistake I made. All said and done I paid close to 100 and left with horrible orange skin, rashes on my body, and unable to show my skin for the event I had planned. Hope this helps you keep away!! read more

Today was my first time trying another tanning salon after going to the same one for 5+ years. I just was no longer happy with the service and I wanted a change. I simply did a Google search for the closest tanning booth to my house and ,a touch of gold ,came up. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with the warmest, most welcoming vibe , not to mention the salon is beautiful and extremely relaxing. On top of all of this I was offered a bottle of water ,for free, I was given a ton of information about the beds the prices the bulbs and how to get the tan I am looking for. The bed I chose was by far one of the best tanning beds I've ever been in as far as comfortability, cleanliness, the bulbs felt effective , and Not only do they have a high-tech radio they have speakers built in to the tanning bed so you no longer have to wear the old school headphones. Over all my experience was amazing! I will never go to another tanning salon after coming here and Kat was the BEST! So sweet , helpful , fast , Efficient, Knowledgeable, and really cool ! I went to see Jessica for a spray tan two days before my winter formal. The tan came out even and very bronzy/orange at first, but after the first shower the next morning to get ride of the extra product, it looks amazing! The girls who worked there were very nice and engaging, they helped picked what was best for me and were very courteous! I would definitely recommend this place. I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now. I buy the packages. Last March I purchased 15 tanning sessions and only used 10. I went in today to start using the remaining 5, but I was told they expired a few days ago. Now I'll take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but would it be so tough to send out an email or text reminding customers that they're sessions are about to expire. And since they only expired a few days ago, I feel that you should be able to use up the remaining sessions as long as its in the same month. Not very customer friendly in that regard. Best/quickest results I've ever achieved tanning! After 3 tans in the silver beds I have more color than I typically have after 7-9 tans. I only tan one or two months out of the year, typically April and May, to get a base summer tan. I find it therapeutic and relaxing, which I think is due to my low Vitamin D levels. I've tanned at most of the tanning salons in North Fresno and Clovis and this is, by far, the best tanning salon in town. I didn't know the previous owners, but the new ones are fantastic. Excellent customer service; great selection and pricing on high quality lotions; staff really knows their stuff when it comes to the lotions and offer great recommendations. I absolutely love, and highly recommend, the Red Light Therapy beds. They are amazing to use pre-tan to open your pores up for your tan, they help with fine lines/wrinkles and cellulite, and it's so relaxing! Very poor and unfriendly, rude employee Victoria. The door says they are open until 9pm. Today I see that they put tape over the closing time and wrote in pen 8:30. I get there at 8:11 to find the doors locked and lights out. Knocked on door Victoria pokes her head out and says we take our last customer at 8:10. Really? The tanning session is 12 minutes so I am still out before or at 8:30. Asked for a manager and she said can't give out there name or phone number. So I give her mine for them to call me. Still waiting for a response. Don't they have to go by what they list in print on there website and door well at least before they scratched out the 9pm. Where is the customer service? Not there!!!! Too bad was close to home one more good thing about moving soon. Owners never contacted me. Very poor business etiquette. read more

They also have a bronzing bed that has no UVB rays so you can't burn in it, great for right before a trip or special occasion. The salon is very clean and give off a spa like atmosphere.
