Great experience from the start. They love what they do and involve the customer from start to finish. The more you communicate to them the better they are able to meet your expectations. The quality of work they do is unbeatable and I have used all the big shops in our area for Paint Protection film, coatings and tint. 5 stars!!

These guys just finished doing a beautiful job on my new Tesla Model 3. They did a full front PPF, including the rear bumper as well, and a ceramic coating on the whole car, including all the glass. They are very into their work and detail oriented. I had to drive a long way to get to this business, but it was worth it. Pricing is not cheap, but it's competitive with other good shops. Highly recommend.

Amazing job done by Pista Film Solutions!

I haven't left a Yelp review to any biz in so long but needed to leave one for Pista Film Solutions for the wonderful quality service and top notch job that they did! :) Backstory: We had picked up our new 2021 Tesla MYP at the end of March and knew we wanted a full PPF (paint protection film) wrap done plus ceramic coating. Prior to that, my husband did weeks and weeks of research by calling around to different shops with his list of questions. Cesar took the time to answer them all for him and even spent 40 mins on the phone with him! My husband even got to visit Pista on the day Cesar had another Tesla MY in just so he can check out their work in person with the tucks of the seams.. etc. It was a no brainer after that we ultimately decided to go with Cesar at Pista Film Solutions. The only caveat is that we should've made our appt sooner because we did end up waiting 5 weeks for our appt since they were so booked out. Because of that, we garaged our MYP the entire time just so it wouldn't have any chances of rock/paint chips before the install. So definitely book in advance! ;) During the drop-off, Cesar took his time with us and thoroughly checked our car to make sure what our expectations were and was very transparent on what can be done. He even suggested to add stealth PPF to all of the outside door handles to prevent any scratches and also PPF inside the back passenger door area where can be scuffed by going in and out. Totally didn't even think about that so we were glad he suggested that! The job itself for the full clear wrap plus ceramic coating took about 3-4 days! At the other shops, we were told it would've taken maybe a week to get it finished so we were thrilled with the shorter timeline! The moment we left the shop, Cesar and his helper started to work on it right away. We only knew because the Tesla sends notifications to our phones whenever doors (or windows) are left open for a period of time. They didn't waste any time! On the day of pickup, our MYP was up front and ready for us! Cesar took his time again and walked through what they did and I will say.. we were impressed! He totally went above and beyond our expectations!! We loved how the seams were so nicely tucked and close together. Cesar really made sure we were happy with the end result! He is very professional and knowledgeable at what he does and has been in this business for years! Would highly recommend Pista Film Solutions if you need any PPF or vinyl wrap for your car!! Just make the call to get that appt booked. :)

Cesar at Pisa Film Solutions is one of those rare people that has a true passion for his work. He doesn't see your car as another job, but as an artist that truly enjoys working with you to craft a transcendent design at a competitive price. At your first contact, you'll notice his sincerity, deep experience, and that he is an absolute perfectionist. he wrapped parts of my car that people don't even see to ensure 100% protection, and spent hours that most shops don't, to bend film to avoid seams. I saw him remove and re-apply a full wrap section because he found a spec of dirt. Beyond an immaculate finish, I'd advise that you also trust his artistry, as Cesar has a 14 year history of wrapping exotics such as Maclarens and Ferraris, that inspire him to offer some unique, classy vinyl design ideas that made my car one-of-a-kind. These elite customizations were tasteful, never pushy, and always with a "You, know, have you considered this?". Many of these ideas were even included in the original quoted price, so they actually added work to himself, but you can tell that he was thrilled to produce a vehicle of exceptional craftsmanship. I can say with no hyperbole that my car looks $20k more expensive due to these touches, and I know that it will stay that way for a full 10 years of protection. There may be cut rate shops that are cheaper, but your only problem in choosing Pista Film Solutions is that once the word gets out, you'll have difficulty scheduling an appointment for such craftsmanship! Check out these pics of my full wrap XPEL Stealth Model 3, vinyl chrome delete, and even a custom car name he volunteered to stencil in the door sill. If you care enough about your car to wrap it, you owe it to have a passionate artisan like Cesar who shares your love as much as you do.

The team took the time to explain the various wrap materials, brands, finishes, and colors, along with the pros and cons of each option, which helped me choose the perfect color for my car. My Mustang had quite a bit of previous damage, including damage from a forklift hitting the side of the vehicle. Before wrapping the car, they repaired the damaged areas, professionally painted my side skirts, front lip, and rear diffuser gloss black, and made sure everything was properly prepared for the wrap installation. Once the repairs were completed, they wrapped the entire vehicle and even helped me install wheel spacers. They also took the time to teach me how to properly care for and maintain the wrap to keep it looking its best for years to come. After the installation was finished, they scheduled a follow-up inspection two weeks later to make sure everything was holding up perfectly. In addition, they detailed the vehicle, cleaned the interior, and applied a hydrophobic treatment to the windows. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received from Nebulas Wraps. The team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, the entire experience was professional and enjoyable. I highly recommend Nebulas Wraps to anyone looking vehicle wraps, detailing, paint work, or custom automotive services.

We had our boat hauled into this shop while we were out of the country. Our boat stays in the water…read moreyear round and was dirty when it came in. Now, the guys who hauled it out should have washed the goose poop off of the swim platform. But the owner threw a huge fit about it not being cleaned. Honestly we figured it was part of the service. After a lot of fuss the owner said they would just clean the boat. We were very grateful that we didn't have to arrange to have the boat hauled out of their shop and then cleaned and brought back but if they had the capability to clean it all along why make it such a big deal? I think they even charged us something north of $1,000 to clean the hull of a 23' ski boat. The next issue came when the boat was ready to be hauled back to our slip. Our driver called and let us know there was an issues with a tire. He didn't feel safe trailering the boat with a bad tire and we asked him to leave it there to get the tire fixed. This again was turned into a huge issue. According to the owner the trailer came in with a flat tire and he couldn't understand why the guy wouldn't haul the boat without fixing the tire. I get that the shop needs room to wrap other vehicles but come on. The boat was there for two days after we were told it was done. Between this and the wash we were made to feel as if we were just an inconvenience. When we finally saw the boat we realized that the black paint we were trying to cover up was still partially unwrapped. To be fair we only talked about wrapping the hull of the boat and the part that was not wrapped was above the rub rail. With that said if we wanted to wrap the black portion of the boat wouldn't a good expert point out that this portion should also be done? We contacted the owner and asked if they could also wrap that part. They said they could and then they said they could do it in the slip. Given the issues we had hauling the boat in from last time we opted to have them come to the boat. It's been four weeks since that conversation. Every week the owner has said he would come out to see the boat with us in person. Every week he says nothing to us and then makes an excuse when we follow up. Finally last week I gave him an out. I let him know if he doesn't have time or doesn't want to finish the project to just let us know and we will go another route. We got a response that was all about him and how busy he is, how he is booked out, and how coming to the boat isn't as easy as having the boat come to him. But he again agreed to meet us at the boat this week. And again we heard nothing from him. Here's my issue, it's not hard to treat a customer with respect and show them that you value their business. Even if you're a busy shop you should take the time to help customers with issues without making them feel like your time is more valuable than theirs or blowing them off over and over again. It's not difficult to communicate with people. Sure, you may be busy today but how long are you going to stay busy If you treat people with zero respect. Working with customers isn't all about the payday, it's about making them feel heard and that their business is valued. At the end of the day I wouldn't send a single person to this shop, why would I want any I know to feel the same way we did...
