On top of that, the interior had heavy stains and was overall very dirty. I honestly didn't think it could ever look this good again. When I picked it up, I was completely blown away. The stains were gone, the awful smell had completely disappeared, and the entire car looked and smelled like it had just come off the dealership floor. Their attention to detail is incredible: you can tell they truly take pride in their work! The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was kind, professional, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. If you're looking for a detailer who can truly transform your car, this is the place. They exceeded all of my expectations, and I'll definitely be coming back. The quality and attention to detail were worth every penny Thank you for making my car feel brand new again!

I had a bad experience with another detailer, Madison Detail, and left feeling ripped off. Seattle Detail and tint, however, was on the other end of the spectrum. They have a very professional setup and excellent customer service. I was more than satisfied when I inspected my car, it seemed like they paid extreme attention to detail when washing it. Shout out to Craver for answering all my questions and giving me a 5 star experience. My paint felt smooth and silky to the touch, and they even removed the sticky residue from my interior windshield, which I had just casually mentioned during the initial consult. They told me I could use rubbing alcohol, but I didn't have time to clean it, and to my surprise, that residue was completely gone. The price is pretty reasonable. I did a wash, clay bar, polish and wax and they vacuumed my interior and dressed my tires all for $249. I'm now a lifetime customer and will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I consider myself to be meticulous and detail oriented when it comes to projects that require being…read moreso in general. With that said, I am extremely satisfied with the final result of the Paint Protection Film installation on my Tesla Model Y! I've contacted several other businesses/companies around Seattle and Bellevue area prior to scheduling my service with Fanboy to get quotes for comparisons on coverages, availabilities, and brands of film used. It's not my first time getting PPF installation so I am able to somewhat discern the price to value being offered. However - and this is where I've done research so others won't have to - Teslas naturally come with quirks that could cause issues during PPF installations if the installer isn't fully aware of them. To name a few, these quirks include delicate clips, unpredictable fitments between panels, corner edges of panels with minimal margins of folding, tight corners, and cameras/trims/emblem in the way. I've read reviews of poor installs having huge air pockets on tight corners, films lifting and/or not fully wrapped around the edges, uneven placements, and installers simply cutting around the cameras/trims/emblem. Some even reports trims and panels being loose after PPF installation due to broken clips. I came to a conclusion that I needed to find a place that works and installs PPF frequently on Teslas and not just have "some" experience doing so. When I came across Fanboy during my search, I must admit I was hesitant on using them because the company itself is relatively new. But with their specialty being PPF Installation specifically for Teslas and their highly competitive pricing, I decided to schedule appointment for a Full Front PPF Install. I had a lot of questions and concerns but all of them were addressed and explained even before I had the chance to ask which reassured me of their level of expertise. I left my Model Y with them over a weekend while I was on a trip. My trip back was delayed and the next day had some rain so I asked if they can keep my car in their workshop for an extra day if they had the space. They were in no obligation to do so but they accommodated my request. The install turned out to be amazing and they do warrant their workmanship so I am not too worried if something unforeseen does happen! As far as I could tell (or can't tell), I do not see any imperfections and they even went above and beyond by carefully detaching the cameras/trims/emblem and putting them back after the film was installed instead of simply cutting around them. No air pockets or specs of dirt, no lifting, the PPF wraps around the edges where it can (and even where I thought it can't), and no broken clips. Both Dylan and Michael were a pleasure to work with and they offered to check the PPF again in a month for quality assurance. Overall experience was A++. For anyone who read the entirety of my long winded review, know that you'll be in good hands. I wanted this review to be as detailed as possible to recognize the service and workmanship that I received and to give the people looking for Tesla PPF installation some reassurance with using Fanboy.

In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Now, the guys who hauled it out should have washed the goose poop off of the swim platform. But the owner threw a huge fit about it not being cleaned. Honestly we figured it was part of the service. After a lot of fuss the owner said they would just clean the boat. We were very grateful that we didn't have to arrange to have the boat hauled out of their shop and then cleaned and brought back but if they had the capability to clean it all along why make it such a big deal? I think they even charged us something north of $1,000 to clean the hull of a 23' ski boat. The next issue came when the boat was ready to be hauled back to our slip. Our driver called and let us know there was an issues with a tire. He didn't feel safe trailering the boat with a bad tire and we asked him to leave it there to get the tire fixed. This again was turned into a huge issue. According to the owner the trailer came in with a flat tire and he couldn't understand why the guy wouldn't haul the boat without fixing the tire. I get that the shop needs room to wrap other vehicles but come on. The boat was there for two days after we were told it was done. Between this and the wash we were made to feel as if we were just an inconvenience. When we finally saw the boat we realized that the black paint we were trying to cover up was still partially unwrapped. To be fair we only talked about wrapping the hull of the boat and the part that was not wrapped was above the rub rail. With that said if we wanted to wrap the black portion of the boat wouldn't a good expert point out that this portion should also be done? We contacted the owner and asked if they could also wrap that part. They said they could and then they said they could do it in the slip. Given the issues we had hauling the boat in from last time we opted to have them come to the boat. It's been four weeks since that conversation. Every week the owner has said he would come out to see the boat with us in person. Every week he says nothing to us and then makes an excuse when we follow up. Finally last week I gave him an out. I let him know if he doesn't have time or doesn't want to finish the project to just let us know and we will go another route. We got a response that was all about him and how busy he is, how he is booked out, and how coming to the boat isn't as easy as having the boat come to him. But he again agreed to meet us at the boat this week. And again we heard nothing from him. Here's my issue, it's not hard to treat a customer with respect and show them that you value their business. Even if you're a busy shop you should take the time to help customers with issues without making them feel like your time is more valuable than theirs or blowing them off over and over again. It's not difficult to communicate with people. Sure, you may be busy today but how long are you going to stay busy If you treat people with zero respect. Working with customers isn't all about the payday, it's about making them feel heard and that their business is valued. At the end of the day I wouldn't send a single person to this shop, why would I want any I know to feel the same way we did...
