I told him about the dragging piece, and he did not try to tell me I needed a whole diagnostic run down like other places have when I've gone in for minor repairs...In 5-7 minutes he drove my car out of the bay and returned my keys with a smile. When I asked how much I owed him, he said...no charge. I'm not sure if he was the manager or owner but they have a new customer for life.
