I was told by the area manager that a rental car and the fix would be paid for by take 5. My debit card is holding now with enterprise rental and 4 days later my car is still sitting at the shop and they won't touch it until you approve the fix, even though I was told it was 4 days ago.... I had to fight with fleet (your insurance company) for an hour to get it "covered" and "authorized" after the manager said it was covered. Meanwhile I sit here on hold for over an hour waiting to talk to a person with your "customer service" line after being automatically hung up on twice because the line doesn't work. So how do we go about talking to a human being?

By the time I got to Grease Monkey it was smoking from under the fender. The manager and the mechanics saw it. Later stated need to take it to ford dealer. Tow the car to dealer. Mechanic work on it replace couple of things and then finally master cylinder. Brakes work well. Took the master cylinder back to Grease Monkey, long story short. Talk with manager and she said she isn't looking for them to give me the refund on-master cylinder. Talk about it; while talking with her, she was lying to me. I don't like to be lied to and taking advantage off. They had no intention to give me the refund, and they will find excuses not to. I would advise not to go Grease Monkey for service.

We used Slayton for a front end repair around late 2021, early 2022. The whole process took a RIDICULOUS amount of time, like 2 MONTHS ridiculous. When we got it back, it still wasn't right; the body looked good, but there was grinding on turns and we had to take it to a different mechanic in Fort Worth who had to fix Slayton's shoddy work. This place came recommended to us by Athens friends, but we cannot endorse it after our experience. Find someone else and be better off for it.
