There are two places to order and on this particular day they were only receiving orders from one spot. This was not made clear (with a sign etc), and many people waited in the wrong line for a while before they were told to line up again in a different line. I find the menu very difficult to read and that can be intimidating when you go for the first time. If you are a vegetarian, you don't have too many options. There is an eggplant sandwich and a vegetarian pizza (that you have to wait 15 mins for). For a place that prides itself on being fast it was anything but. Also, the panini I ordered wasn't grilled. When I think of a panini I automatically think grilled, otherwise I would call it a sandwich. So I was disappointed over this. I got the fries with slaw and BBQ combo. Again I was disappointed when they gave a vegetarian meal gravy instead of BBQ sauce. This is what they gave everyone. So.. false advertising. I didn't ask to get it switched because the person I was with said they got the same stuff the last time they went. If the service improves it might we worth a visit for meat eaters. But I think I'll take my appetite to my other favourite restaurants (that I would argue are quicker at serving me).

We each had a burger; I ordered the Signatures Burger with cheese with a Caesar Salad, and my hubby ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger, him with the soup of the day (Pizza, which was interestingly delightful and robust). I have to say - the Caesar salad was delicious. I never asked our server if the dressing was house made, but it was flavourful no matter where it came from. What impressed me the most was the fact that the salad had bacon bits - never mind that I so rarely see that any more, the bacon was real, and there was plenty of it. If I were to stop the review at the soup and salad; this would be a five star review, but sadly - the burgers did not match the quality. My burger did not lack for pickles - I think there were five of the tasty little critters on there, but that was where my happiness wavered. Sadly, both our burgers were overdone, and in fact Mine was more crunchy than meaty, and it was dense, heavy even; with no spices (that I could taste). I was so disappointed after our delicious starters. We will continue to go back, because I truly feel this one incident does not a restaurant make.

This is absolutely my favourite place to get eggs benny. Service is usually pretty average but the food absolutely never disappoints.
