What a hidden gem!!! AMAZING food, and big portions. No place to sit and eat inside so you have to bring it home, or sit outside and eat. Not a huge deal. Little bit short staffed so we waited a little bit for our food, was worth it though. Chicken Caesar wrap and poutine were amazing. Definitely a reason why they were voted Sudbury's best!! read more

I thought this was going to be a great experience due to the reviews but less than please Paid $40. And the hamburger did not have much flavour, the fries were soggy, the milkshakes are ere a waste of money definitely not worth$4.25. The bacon Mac and cheese had a Smokey flavour but the macaroni was over cooked and mushy ans the cheese flavour was not great The chicken was ok but very greasy. The burgers are bland and my fries were sitting in a box for the entire time my burgers were cooking. The fries were a soggy mess. Disappointing to say the least. Their chicken is just "ok" and being so much more expensive than just about every other chicken joint in Sudbury you are throwing your money away. I have only had the poutine and pogo here...but it's the best poutine and pogo! Everything else looks amazing as well!!

They have a great poutine. It's a bit pricey but we still choose their poutine over anyone elses. Their burgers are okay. Nothing bad or special. Homade pogo sausage is long but I find it too salty. They carry milkshakes now for $4.25 and at first I was very skeptical but it was yummy! The texture and taste is like thick bubble tea. Their short ribs needs to be less dry and fried chicken should be less salty. read more

Let's get one thing straight - if you want plenty of great heart attack inducing food, Leslie's is your place. At lunch a lineup forms pretty quickly as the locals queue up to get their fix of sandwiches, ribs, chicken and a pretty good poutine. The good news is that the line moves pretty quickly so you won't have to wait long. There's nowhere to eat inside, this is take out only, but in good weather there are some picnic tables in the parking lot that you can use or just be like most and stuff your face sitting in the car listening to tunes. I do not live here in the city. I was here visiting family. I basically discovered this place by accident. I was in the neighborhood and I saw the full parking lot and the steady stream of people,. I new there had to be something to that The place is very basic. Nothing fancy here! There is no dine in! Everything here is takeout. But they do have covered picnic tables outside to eat. Everything is served in styrofoam takeout containers. Even payment is only cash and debit. You go inside to order but it could easily be a walk up window. There is only a small order area so the line can easily extend outside. But now on to the food, which is the main reason you come here. How can I describe the food? How about delicious! Again, nothing fancy. Just a whole lot of "greasy goodness". Being that it was my first time, I got the $16 sampler. It gives you a little bit of everything to try. It comes with 2 pieces of chicken, 2 ribs, pulled pork, and 2 sides. The sides include things like mac and cheese, perogies etc. Again nothing fancy. I had perogies and the bacon mac and cheese for my sides. As I said earlier, the food is delicious! Everything I ate was as good as the last. I would definitely eat here again! I am glad I found this place. The only minor complaint would be that depending on what you order things can get pricey. I am glad I found this place. Best place for bbq in town! The wait is a little long but well worth it. I have had almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. I really enjoy the food at Leslie's. My family and extended family give them a lot of business. I understand the need to change serving arrangements due to Covid-19. However that being said I think there should be a number system in place rather than just calling names. The other day I went there for my son and I. I thought the service would have been faster than A & W plus I think the food is better personally. I ordered the food via telephone at 5pm and was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. When I got there the 15 minutes had passed. I read the signs "order inside, pick up outside" so I waited outside. The girl asked if anyone called in, I spoke up that I did and was casually ignored. I called the restaurant again and asked about the process. I was told to ring the bell. I walked up to the bell and rang it. The girl serving, a short white girl with brown hair came to the window and looked beyond me when I was blatently standing in front of the window and asked the girl behind me if she called in and served her instead. Then other people came out of the restaurant and told the serving girl they were told to pay outside at her cash. The serving girl put them all through. I asked a man how long he had been waiting. He said half an hour. I said me too. The girl asked again if anyone called. I yelled out yes two of us have been. The girl served someone else. The girl continued to do this until every white person had been served first. Finally 45 minutes later and it was just me and another indigenous women there. And I said aloud finally no more white people around maybe I will get served and the girl yelled out the window again did anyone call in. I said again for the 6 or 7 time I called in. She asked me my name and I told her and said I had been waiting for 45 minutes for my food. She said did you ring the bell? I said yes and her response was well I am really busy. I could feel the rasicim off her. I asked her what her name was and she replied Morrisa. I paid and left very angry. If I had only been there for myself I would have not stayed nor waited that long. I will not be back until this Covid business is over with. And when I do go back and if Morissa is still there, I am leaving without food. Not impressed. read more
