We have not had a good experience at all. We purchased a Sea-Doo Cruise switch. We were given a date to come pay the deposit and sign for the boat, after a very long and slow closing we were told our boat wasn't ready. We were given 5 different updated estimates over the following week and finally received our boat a week later. Two weeks have passed & we still haven't received the title so we can license our boat. Emailed the contact we were given and the email isn't valid. Very hard to get anyone on the phone. No one has respond when I called, texted, and messaged to speak with management. In addition to all of that, we were told we would get a GPS and we did not. We were told we needed to buy a part to tune $700 + and we didn't even need that part. I feel like sales just tells you what you want to hear and then the business doesn't deliver. We were told we'd hear back about the GPS and no one has even responded. We love our boat but I absolutely would not recommend this dealer. read more

DO NOT TAKE MACHINES HERE. had horrible issues with 1 location, manager contacts me to try and make it right. my machine 7 months for warranty they CLAIM was manufacturing issues...get my machine and take it 2hr drive and makes weird noise....dealer didn't tighten a wire on my starter so it fried it and damaged fly wheel and since I now no longer trust their work and time frame, I said I was taking elsewhere and they refuse to pay for repairs and hungup on me, and want me to claim it as WARRANTY work so they get out of paying for damages. so I've now had to get an attorney and I'm sitting with a yard ornament read more

Paid over $450 to fix the leaking exhaust on my x3 and when I picked it up it wasn't running any better so I took it apart myself and come to find out they didn't even put the exhaust gasket in that I paid for and paid labor for. Also had them try to diagnose why I had a missfire and they said spark plugs even though I just put brand new ones in the day before I brought it there and wanted $900 total to put more plugs in and to "fix" the exhaust leak that didn't even get taken off. Will never buy from them again (2016). Len gave me a price that beat my dealer in Michigan. I sent a $1000 deposit. When I arrived, I was handed a bill for full MSRP, we negotiated down some but not better than my dealer back home, then they kept my rebate. read more

My husband called asking about a Can am and we were told there would be one to look at. Got to the business and the owner was out in the parking lot doing donuts in one of the 3 wheel bikes and yes was with other customers, but never once acknowledged us or came over and said he would get to us when he could. Thankful we left and took our business somewhere else and made the purchase we wanted to there. I will never recommend this business to anyone. read more

Horrible Service Dept. Oil change, left drain plug loose, drained oil. Engine shut down, had to walk 2 miles home, tow it the next morning. Every service appt I give them a list of tasks, they never complete them all. once they even did an oil change when that wasn't on the list. This last time, they didn't complete the task $1500 worth of repairs, 1300 of it under warranty, but they couldn't complete the items I was paying for myself. Mark the manager said, after the service tech hung up on me, that he'd get to the bottom of this. That was 2 weeks ago, today is Sept. 24, still waiting for Mark. Next closest service dealer for Can Am is Cuba, MO (2 hours away) so Pitbull doesn't have to offer good service, they have a monopoly going here with no competition. I'll buy a Can Am again, just not from Pitbull, and I'll drive to Cuba for service. read more

Went in yesterday to shop for a quad/atv for my husband's birthday. We stood around for 20 minutes without getting any help. One guy said he'd be right with us, but never came back or gave us an update. Though there were plenty of employees around, no one else bothered to try to help us until we were already looking at leaving. Then, the woman who did try to help us was rude, condescending, and seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. We asked for a price and availability on the quad we'd picked out on our own. Since no one was helping us, we'd done all the research on it online on our phones while waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Not only was the price she gave us about $1,500 over MSRP, it was more than a $1,000 over the price listed on their own website for the same quad, and she didn't get us any information on the availability like we'd asked. Overall, unhelpful, rude, overpriced, and we'll never go back. read more

The owner, Len, seemed very nice and knowledgeable, but now, the experience this location has put a bad taste overall for us and I personally would not recommend this Springfield store. They are not very communicative, they take that $500 deposit so fast and don't even put in your order. We have called more than a handful of times to get status. It's been a month and no order has been placed. And if you cancel your order, you loose the $500 deposit. The BBB should look into this place. They put you in a spot where you don't want to buy anything from them, but you don't want to give them that $500. They do not deserve even a one star rating. read more

I live in Overland Park and have been to 3 can am dealerships around the KC area. Very disappointed, I know everyone is just getting started up again post covid but this DONT give a crap attitude has to end! We found this store in line and drove 209 miles just in the hopes of better service. My wonderful wife and I were not disappointed. We were greeted within minutes of entering the store, by a very friendly girl. I wish I got her name she was very polite and helpful. And told us Scott the salesman will be with us shortly he was with another customer. Scott was not a typical salesman, when we told him what we wanted A Can-Am spider for my wife. He wanted to make sure the size and fit were right. Before we even talked bikes or money he showed us a couple of examples of smaller bikes and had her sit on them to make sure the size was going to be right. Then we discuss what our future plans with the bike were for us it's about touring and long trips. After settling on a size and type he took us out and showed us several that he had still in crates they were missing parts but should be there soon. After my wife picked out one she liked we put 500 down on it, he even took us over to a service manager to find out how soon parts could be expected. An estimate of 4 to 6 weeks and we were good with that. Three weeks later a full three weeks early not only where the parts in the bike had been built and was ready to go. That Saturday we drove down there and before we even talked money they went over the bike with us all its features house right around the parking lot wanted to make sure we were happy with it before we went any further. Customer service and customer satisfaction was definitely their top priority. They made our buying experience great I know not everybody would drive 209 miles to make a purchase but I will drive that far for great service. It's been a rough 2 years for everyone this purchase and this experience with Pitbull and it's people have been a great experience and a reminder that there are still some businesses and people that are still interested in taking care of a customer. I've been in the store three times now, first to get a part for my spartan mower, after several calls back to them to see if they could get the part nobody knew anything about it. Second time to look at buying a new JetSki, walked around the store for awhile looking at what they had and never had anyone say or do anything to help, finally asked a guy at the service counter for prices on one of the jetski's and he said they don't price them on the floor that I would have to ask the guy in the corner office for prices. I went to that office a stood there for quite awhile as that guy was in there with his hands on his head kicked back in his chair laughing and giggling with what seemed like his buddy on the other side of the desk. He saw me waiting several times but never but never said or did anything, just came across like I may put on my customer service pants when I get done grab assnnn with my buddy! Finally gave up and left. I was in the store over 30 min and never had one person say anything to me other than the guy at the service counter after I had to ask him for help. Keep in mind there was only me my wife and one other customer in the store at the time. Worst customer service ever! Won't be back!!! Won't even rant on the third time. Save your time and go somewhere else. read more

Service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised. Typically when you need a SeaDoo repair it is a huge hassle. I was skeptical, but Seth and the crew at Pitbull got the job done fast. Everytime i called the answer is "2" weeks. Oil change etc, even to get a key made you have to.take it somewhere else to be cut then bring it back to get it programmed. Motor sports are seasonal so im sure hiring someone and letting them know that winter means less or no work would work for a lot of people. read more

I contacted them after my son had talked to one of the salesmen about purchasing (2) 3-up Spark Trixx with sound and a trailer . I was told they had two in stock but not the trailer. Trailer would be in the following Wednesday. I put $500 down. I confirmed it n Wednesday trailer came in and was being out together. I said I will be in first thing Friday to pick them up. Get a phone call Thursday morning he was informing me they only had (1) 3-up and (1) 2-up. Is that ok. I said no...whole deal was fishy. When I asked for vin numbers he only sent one originally. I have bought 2 F3T from the owner himself at two different times. I rode 1600 miles round trip from Houston to get the best price and best service. I would go no where else to get a bike.
