I normally go to a couple of car washes in Biloxi and D'Iberville, but I was on Highway 49 earlier today and needed a car wash. First of all, they're about $3-$5 higher in price for the first two washes compared to a couple of others. I don't mind paying a little extra, especially if they have good vacuums. I was most disappointed in the quality of the vacuums. They seemed to be at about 25% capacity. I even tried several, and they were all about the same. The vacuums at Rich's in Gulfport and Rainforest in D'Iberville are the best, almost too much power and suction. PitStop unfortunately was a disappointing experience for the value and the quality of the vacuums. read more

I had to call to canceled my subscription because the website didn't cancel my subscription after taking 2 months worth of subscriptions spoke to 2 representatives one said it will take 3-5 days to get my money back but my transaction was pending so my money should come back immediately. Called back again because I wasn't please with the outcome the second representative told me her manager was processing my refund the same day and my money would be in my account the same day my money still have not made it back in my account I am now on the phone and no one wasn't to pick up for me have been currently waiting for a answer for 20 minutes!!! read more

Ive gone back to them several times hoping it gets better but the hard water spots left on car are ridiculous now im trying to cancel membership and it doesnt let you !!! Although this carwash just got a remodel and a new name, it missed the mark a little bit. My tires did not get shined. When I asked for a package of tire shine, I was told they no longer have it. The vacuum that I pulled up to did not have enough suction. So, I had to move to a different station. A plus is the towels and cleaning agents that are available. I did go ahead and sign up for unlimited washes with the hope that my experience will be better in the future. read more

My vehicle suffered $2700 in damage due to an inattentive/inexperienced attendant. The manager claimed to have submitted an incident report, (which we never saw and had no say in) and told us we would be contacted via email within 3-4 business days by the Incident Team. The site manager admitted the attendant was not following Standard Operating Procedure and was later reprimanded for their actions, alluding that they had difficulties with this employee before. After not hearing anything for a week, I returned and was told by the day manager (?) it would take at least 2 weeks to get a reply from the Incident Team. The Site Manager admitted that he had called attention to the fact that the left menu board on the narrower left lane was too wide (it extends over the curb and into the lane by over an 1") when the new wide boards had been installed, replacing narrower boards that were inset with more more clearance, but his input had been ignored. We had been Fast Pass members for years...the Fast Pass scanner rarely works, requiring an attendant/manager to manually open the gate, which they had done every time it had previously failed to read and automatically open the gate. On this particular day (18 August 2024) the attendant told my wife to rock the vehicle forward and backward in the lane to see if it would activate the scanner. When that didn't work, the attendant told her to back out of the lane, and try the lane on the right side. My wife stated she wasn't comfortable backing out of the lane (the left lane is much narrower than the right lane) and asked the attendant to manually lift the gate, but the attendant insisted and said she would direct her out of the lane. While following the attendant's directions (as shown in the security camera footage), my wife struck the menu board that overhangs the curb on the left side. Both managers have admitted to me that it is not the policy to have customers back out of the lane when the equipment fails. They need to fix the Fast Pass scanner, as well as replace/offset the menu boards so that the curbs are allowed to do what curbs are there for. It has been over 6 weeks and I am still waiting to hear from their "Incident Team" and will take whatever legal measures are needed to resolve this. The email in their Facebook page doesn't work and bounces back...their parent company, Mammoth Holdings, Inc. in Atlanta, has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau (https://www.bbb.org/us/ga/atlanta/profile/car-wash-equipment/mammoth-holdings-llc-0443-91823952) and I have added my claim to the pile. Got the monthly subscription. It's a good value. The car wash attendant was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

They have had a huge price increase. Almost double what we used to pay. We got our car washed and it didn't even remove the pollen and bird poop off the car. We had to hand wash it while we used the vacuums. We paid for tire shine and did not get tire shine. Never going back, you just lost a long time customer. read more

I got a car was and paid for the 1 month plan. No where did I see it was a subscription plan that renews every month. The service person had to get a sticker for my windshield the next time I came in because they didn't have their sh*t together. A month later I am in Panama city and they charged my card. I called and they said they would cancel my service and refund the charge. Today I get an email saying the investigate and I used their service during the second month. Funny this is what they wrote. Our refund team has researched and reviewed your request for a refund in the amount of 29.95, and has determined your request shows activity redeemed during the period in which you requested. The last date of service usage shows as of . Due to this activity date, your request has been denied a refund of services per our services agreements. No date posted. These people are a fraud. Don't purchase from them. Use someone else. read more

The guys at the store are great! The problem is with the owners and the customer support center. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I had to cancel my monthly membership even tho I liked the convenience of unlimited washes. I can not support a business that ignores my legitimate damage claim after promising to take care of the damage. There was no follow up from this incident that occured july 4, 2023. Seven calls to them during the following four weeks. Seven promises that I would be contacted by an area or district manager. Seven times I was lied to. NO One reached out via phone, email, direct mail. Unacceptable. Pittstop carwash owes me $50., not a lot of money, but definitely a lot of aggravation. read more

North Gulfport (Orange Grove area) location sucks. something is always broke and the passenger side dryer never works.

I stop by PitStop between one and two times a week. PitStop has always produced very good results with my vehicles. I signed up for the monthly pass so I just drive up and the gate goes up. Easy-Pesy. read more

I think they deserve a zero. Be careful not to agree to any promotional offers. You will find that you are actually enrolling for monthly car washes. They take the info from your card and start billing your account without any notice. I got ripped off for $53. read more

I thought it was criminal when the $5.00 basic wash went up to $8.00, Now it is $10.00, it doesn't get the dirt off and the vacuums don't suck well. I'll be washing my vehicals at home read more

Nearly four months ago my glass was cracked and wiper broken. I made a report before leaving and I am yet to hear from anyone. I call, email and still no claim number nor answer. To my surprise they can take my payment monthly but not return a call nor email. Then you can't get the information to the district manager. This is very, very sad business. i went to go ask if i can use the restroom person told me it was out of order but i saw another worker coming out of it. so i asked the one coming out if can i use it and he let me use it there was nothing wrong it was not out of order. so why say it was out of order when it is not . and i would like and answer why did the worker lie to me. read more

Beware this car wash! Mechanical issues cause the track to stop at random times, sometimes sending the lead car backwards into the car behind it. It has happened twice to us and no more! The 2nd time, the front car hit us and we have yet to hear from the owner about it. The workers say he is aware of the issue but just won't deal with it. I went through pitstop carwash on hwy 49 in Gulfport on Wednesday morning and now have scratches and swirls covering my entire 2020 4 Runner. Initially I only noticed scratches/swirls on the back hatch (scratches to paint, tail lights, plastic trim) but upon further inspection I have found scratches and swirls all over my entire 4 Runner (all over the paint, head lights, tail lights, plastic trim - everything is covered in scratches and swirls). My 4 Runner isn't even 2 months old, bought brand new, and I've ONLY ever had it washed at pitstop since the day I bought it. I filled out an incident claim on Wednesday at the hwy 49 location and have yet to hear anything from them. Though the manager at that time told me their machine doesn't even touch the back of cars?! I've gone on to make a claim with my insurance company hoping they can push pitstop to have my 4 Runner fixed. I've used pitstop weekly since purchasing my vehicle and never had an issue until this Wednesday. I guess I was unfortunate enough to go through the machine when the brushes were obviously dirty/sandy/unclean. I also called the main pitstop number and made a claim with them on Wednesday and have yet to hear anything. I've canceled my membership and would encourage everyone else to do the same unless you want your car covered in scratches and swirls and then have pitstop ignore your complaints. read more

I used the drive through car wash. Inexpensive and quick and got my car clean! Facility is clean and workers seem to be polite.
