Where is one stands out is before you enter the wash, two humans actually scrub the front end of your car including windshield and the rear windshield area. The actual washing sequence removes debris better than any other automatic wash I have seen. Once complete, the free vacuums have hoses long enough to stretch the entire length of the car (2 hoses per car). I use to love going to the old one in Biloxi because the customer service was great and I could put my tip on my card. Well I 1st drove around the place 3 times before I could find someone to tell me where to go, no signs that made sense? Then the guy who finally explained what to do talked so fast he made no sense so I drove around again and by this time I was furious. 2 of the guys who do the detailing talked to me and they knew I was angry and did some yelling. Then I realized one of the guys (teen) went to our church. He took my car. I Went into the waiting area and the chairs were such hard plastic they were hard to sit on and I was there for an hour. So of coarse when my car was done I had to go to the bank to get the detailer a tip. He did a fabulous job! If not for the fact I knew the young man and he was the only polite one with another young man who was helping him I would of never went back. I will not go back again.
