The vacuum takes your quarters. It wouldn't even turn on. The quarter would not all drop but they wouldn't come back out either.

Went to use the vacuums put my 2 dollars in vacuum did not work. Went to another vacuum, put my 2 dollars in, the machine robbed me. i'm out 4 dollars. I know it's only 4 dollars but 4 dollars wasted on nothing in this economy.... man. 4 dollars.... nothing. this is a devastating loss. update: they say 3rd times a charm... statement is deemed false. i'm now out 6 dollars.. Looks great from the road, but when you get up to use the equipment it's not. Have the features are taped over and not available. The blow dryer option would've been great if it worked. Barely any air coming out. Don't waste your time or money. read more

Jo' va welcomed me at the car wash and patiently guided me through the steps of getting my car correctly on track ( my other experiences locally were not as helpful) as my experience at Coastal Car Wash on Pass Road. He spent time with a prewash as my car entered. He went beyond the call of duty also helping an "older" lady with the vacuum hose. Would not recommend washing your car here. I used the self service bay, and half of the items did not work (and were not marked as "broken"). I decided to just finish up washing regardless and then the dryer was broken also. I had no way to dry my car. I asked the employee to help, he said he couldn't get the dryer to work. I asked him for a towel so I could do it myself, he would not give me a towel. I then asked for a refund because I would have to go get my car washed again because of the water spot, he wouldn't do that either. I will be asking my CC company to refund me, thankfully I did not pay with cash. I would not waste your time and money here. I would have wished I would have gone to the local PitStop in the first place. read more

Love Love Love this car wash. I'm leaving the area and am sad to have to leave this car wash. I love the fact that it puts the clear coat on and then buffs the truck dry but the best part is the armour all on the tires. I really don't like doing that part so I love that it does it for me. I also am very impressed with the young men that are working there now. Very polite and willing to go over and above to make sure your vehicle is looking good. Absolutely horrible car wash just wasted wasted $15 just to find out there is no presoak, no spot free, no tire cleaner, and to top it all off the brush sprayed nothing but liquid. Also, no employees to help at 11:30 on Wednesday. read more

Coastal car wash was very clean, nice and quiet car wash. You know when you go to some car washes they are plagued with loud music and vacuuming. This place had a drive thru washes and about 5 hand wash stations. There were 4 vacuums and a love to buy air fresheners for your car. I will be frequenting Coastal car wash when I'm in the area because I like the peace. read more

Services did not work. The fragrance spray was empty after I paid and I paid for the vacuum and it shut off after 10 seconds!! Also trash cans were full to the brim. Do not come here you will waste your money read more

Touch Free, the only kind of wash I use! Their wash doesn't scratch like those touch ones. So I feel safe taking my dark colored car in there any time. They are open 24/7 so I can stop in even when I am out late. read more

GREAT PLACE! This place is great because it doesnt touch my car with those brushes. I am scared to use those other washes because I dont want scratches on my car, so i use this one that touch free. They are also open 24/7 so when I am out late i can still get a wash. And They give a FREE vac with every wash. read more

Coastal Car Wash is Great! I use all their locations. I like the large self serve bays for washing my work truck and boat. They even have a marine flush to flush my engine after running it in the salt water. My wife likes their automatic wash, because it armoralls her tires! She also gets a FREE vacuum with her wash. Great Place, you've got to try it. read more
