If you have HMO insurance please communicate with your insurance provider prior to each visit because the system tends to somehow 'change your PCP'. If you stop in for a referral for a specialist, be sure they do not provide you with an expired referral number. Also be sure they don't overcharge you if you have a copay. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen.
