I recently got back to pickle ball after completing PT for a fracture. I am so happy I pursued PT…read moreand the people at Greenhill ATI were terrific. AJ and all the staff were helpful and even went round and round with my insurance. I highly recommend this professional office.

Terrible experience at this ATI location. Therapist AJ is extremely rude and unprofessional. After…read moreabout 6 sessions I came in to AJ telling me my doctor had changed my prescription to a much more intense program. I was confused as to why since I had only been coming for around 2 weeks. When I questioned why AJ immediately became hostile and began to raise his voice at me. I did not like this and tried to explain why I was confused and he starting yelling in my face in front of other patients and insulting me. He said there was nothing he can do and if I don't like it to just leave and call a lawyer. He said he's only there to provide a service. I was speechless at this response and behavior so I left. At the other 2 ATI locations I have been to my therapists had no issue contacting my doctor and updating him on my condition. Infact they did so voluntarily so I was very confused as to why AJ refused to do so. Ironically all it took was a 5 min phone call to my insurance to explain the situation and to get everything straightened out. Instead of speaking up for me and reaching out to my Doctor or insurance provider to explain my situation, AJ insulted me and yelled in my face. I have never expirenced such unprofessionalism. I have more sympathy and compassion for my customer's broken HVAC equipment than AJ does for his patients. Thankfully my insurance provider was able to find me a new PT in less than a day and I am already being seen by a much more professional and caring staff. When I told my case nurse what AJ had said to me she gasped. Beyond this terrible interaction, during my 6 sessions AJ attempted to increase weights by 5 to 10 pounds every session! I expressed I was in pain but he did not seem to care. It takes more than 2 days to build muscle and you don't have to be a therapist to know that. The level of care dropped off considerably after 2 sessions and it became clear quick that I was just another customer. I have spent the last year giving ATI way too much of my time and all it has done is stall and hinder my recovery. If you have a choice avoid ATI like your health depends on it.
