Instead it was just the very bare minimum "here are standard exercises to do, please do them while I watch and do my notes for the session." When I voiced my concerns to the clinic director I was egregiously gaslit, patronized, and flat out given erroneous information, and told exercises were the only thing warranted at this stage in my recovery. Thankfully I found a great PT elsewhere who knew I could do my exercises on my own time, and devoted all of our time together to muscle activation, movement drills, stretching, myofascial release, massage, and other healing modalities. Exercises were individualized and tailored for my specific needs - I received none of this kind of care at Move Better.
