Words will fail to express my absolute gratitude to this office but I will do my best…read more I had gone misdiagnosed by doctors for 30 years. 30 years of pain, bullying, self-loathing, unnecessary treatments, etc. My faith in medicine was almost depleted (if not completely), but my whole life change when I went to Phoenix. Casey knew immediately what I had since she treats people with my condition in her office. She listened to me, was compassionate and empathic but aside from that she was a person of action. She went out of her way to advocate for me (for days after my appointment). She spoke with my General Practitioner on my behalf and also with several treatment facilities that were closer to my home. Within less than 1 week from my appointment with Casey, I had a formal diagnosis from my GP and now have an appointment to begin treatment for my condition. Casey is a true gem! Another superstar in the office is Anthony!!! Amazing! He is a delight on the phone, as well as, in person. He is cheerful, professional, helpful and very warm! My evaluation was ok, day 2 was ok. My biggest issue at this point was that one specific thing I wanted was to have appointments later in the day after work, which I had said in the very beginning. The next week I got a voicemail saying that my next appointment needed to he rescheduled. I called and they said my therapist was not available. I asked if she was available for the following appointment and was told she didn't work there any longer. The options I had for therapy during the times I needed were now once a week at best. I've canceled my appointments and will be getting therapy elsewhere.

Dr. Brittany Utz gave me individual attention and a treatment plan that was specific to my needs.i am grateful for such great treatment so close to my home!
