Not one of them come anywhere close to Final Results in terms of its trainers and staff or facilities. The trainers are down-to-earth, friendly, and really know how to properly train people to reach whichever goals they have in mind. By far, the most experience I have had is with owner John Wood. I could literally go on ad nauseam about John extraordinary character and talents. He remains today one of my favorite persons on the planet. His insights have been invaluable for me. The equipment they have is state-of-the-art and so well maintained you could eat your dinner off of it. (For some friends I know, this may even be an upgrade to their eating habits.) The membership is amazingly affordable considering what they have to offer members. Many of the members will drive a 50+ mile trip (one way) to go here. I did it for some time when I was still living in Center City Philadelphia. If that does not stand as testament to the quality of Final Results, I don't know what does.

In a nutshell, the program works--but you have to really commit. You have to decide you want to lose weight and be healthier and finally get it right and keep it off for a lifetime. This is not a quick fix; it's a lifestyle change that takes a conscious effort from you every time you food shop or prepare a meal or reach for a snack. It takes structure and discipline but it is really DOABLE!! And the staff at BeBalanced in Blue Bell are there to help and support and encourage every step of the way! I did my first round of drops and weight loss and thought "This is hard. No way am I doing a second round! I just want to survive one round." After 4 weeks I had lost 20 pounds and kept my word not to do another round (LOL!) so I did 2-3 weeks of maintenance and kept that 20 pounds off. I started thinking "Why not go again. Maybe I lose 20 more lbs by my birthday in the spring and that would be awesome! So I signed up for another round of weight loss and lost almost 20 more pounds! They only let you do 28 days of weight loss the you have to do some maintenance. That system really works. 4 weeks goes fast and you don't stress your body out too much at once. After my second round, my husband had gotten on board because he lost twenty pounds himself just because I was doing the food shopping and cooking! It was great to have a partner and be motivating each other. He never took the drops, we just made changes to our food choices and preparation, and we did it in ways we knew we could maintain long term. I stopped taking drops at the end of April. It is now November and I am coming up to almost 70 pounds of weight loss. WHAT?!?!? I've lost almost 30 more pounds and, although I am using the creams, I'm not doing anything special. I just continued to follow the lifestyle plan I learned with BeBalanced. I eat almost 1800 calories a day just to maintain the number on the scale and stop losing weight. I don't even work out! I just take regular walks with my dog to get a little movement. Nothing hard core. My next step is I to work in some strength training to preserve muscle tone after such a significant weight loss and I'm ready to take on that next step because working out now is going to feel so different now that I'm 70 pounds lighter! Thanks to BeBalanced, I've reached a number on the scale I only dreamed about. A number I was told was the "right" weight for my body but I never thought I could get to that number. It was always so far out of reach and daunting that for a long time i never tried -- but day by day the BeBalanced program brought me closer to it and I'm forever grateful for that. I really highly recommend this program. I did a lot of my own research before choosing it and I didn't choose it randomly or loosely. I'm not a fad dieter. Never have been. It was a general conversation and did not address my personal concerns about dieting. My second visit was met with the receptionist informing the clients that the doctor had an emergency and there would be a 1-2 hour wait. I could not wait so I rescheduled for the following week. That week, was met with the receptionist on the phone with the doctor and he was instructing the receptionist on how to take care of each client. He could not get the blood pressure cuff to work, so we proceeded into a room where he gave me my pills and aa B12 injection (which shocked me that the receptionist was instructed to do this by the doctor). I have requested a refund because I have not had a good, productive visit. My request has been denied. I am in the process of reporting them to the medical board. I have reported them to the BBB as well.
