I went back to the doctor and had some tests done, and sure enough she was right! The whole team at Restoration is amazing! They are super friendly, laid back and give you great tips for keeping healthy. I was always able to get in for an appointment, even when it was a last minute thing. It's been over a year now, without back issues! I've recently had to go back for a foot injury from marathon training, but I've only had 2 sessions so far, and I'm feeling so much better already. I was able to get an appointment right away and was scheduled to see Greg the Clinic Director. From my initial appointment to my current appointments Greg is always with me during my sessions and always making sure that I'm performing my exercises correctly. If you ever have a question as to why you're doing something or how to better what you have been doing, he's always with instruction and help. He's incredibly personable and intelligent and I feel extremely confident in my health with him. Rae at the front desk is amazing and already has your schedule done for you so you don't have to worry about making sure to get into your time slot. Matthew is also great and is always ready to greet you! I would absolutely recommend this company and location - they truly care about their clients and use all available resources in order to get you back to tip top shape.

They ignore you is like you don't even exist even at your family doctor in most cases nowadays this place you go in there and express to them the extent of your pain any fears that you have around treatment any information that you need to go over in regards to MRIS CAT scans or whatever else that people may get when they go there. I myself had an MRI, I even got them foot massage from Dr Brian because one day I was in the massage chair and randomly I started receiving them muscle spasms shooting pains going down my foot and this is literally only a few days after the injury but the first two days the massage chair was sufficient. I was really concerned about it I immediately went to Dr Brian expressing to him like I don't know what's going on I didn't have this issue yesterday he immediately told me to sit down and he wanted to take a look and he said well let me just see your foot let me massage it out and I'm not comfortable being being a Muslim woman having a male touch me was very difficult and not just being Muslim I'm the type of person who don't like people touching me whether male or female I'm a very spiritual person and a very religious person. I know about the transfer of energy so I really wasn't sure the one thing that me and Dr Brian have in common that we are both air signs so I also took that in consideration we kind of had the same brain lol we talked about it for about 2 minutes he assured it will not make it uncomfortable but I couldn't just leave the cramp there and just go home he says don't worry about it I'm just going to rub the foot to relieve the muscle explain about the spasm that I was having and he made me comfortable enough to allow him to do just that. Please don't listen to the negative reviews, there're irrelevant people. And you get the full package, from decompression table, stems chair, roller and water bed, and the massage chair is great. From day one, she was incredibly thorough, creating a plan tailored specifically to my goals: lifting my daughter again and returning to weight training. What sets Stephanie apart is her attentiveness. Even when the clinic was busy, she never missed a beat with my form or posture. She wouldn't let me 'coast' or do things halfway - which was frustrating at times when I was tired, but I realized she was just more committed to my recovery than I was in those moments! In fact, when I found out three months into my treatment that she was moving from the Passyunk location to the Art Museum clinic, I didn't hesitate to follow her there. She was just too good to lose. Nick was my main therapist and absolutely wonderful. He was attentive, considerate, honest, and obviously skilled at what he does! I appreciate how everyone at this location treats the clients/patients like real human beings and roots for us ever step of the way (whatever those steps look like!) The facility is in an elevator building down a long hallways and ADA accessible. It's clean and feels like an ordinary PT office. I felt comfortable moving around in it and with it being further away from other offices we were never bothered/distracted by any activity in the large building. The windows have a nice view of the city sky! I'm really glad I was able to receive treatment here. Admittedly when I was discharged I was kind of sad! PT is hard work but my visits to Ivy Rehab felt like a positive part of my routine. I even mused asking if they do personal training outside of PT but thought that might be rude lol.
