Like maybe they were pushing for to many seatings in to little time. I don't recall exactly how it happened, but my wife tried to express our frustration to the owner and they laughed at us. Maybe it was just nervous laughter because they didn't know how to deal with a critique, but it was certainly off putting to me. We have not been there in a very long time. We spent a lot of money there in th epast. It used to be one of our favored business lunch and recruiting dinner spots, but then it wasn't, and it "wasn't" more than once or twice. I see people post positive things about them so maybe it was just us they didn't like. I don't know. We quit going there. After a quick search it was very clearly a bed bug. Took it to the front desk and showed them the bug and told them it was a bed bug and the front desk staff told me that no it wasn't, it was probably an outside bug. She explained that the cancellation policy is clear, and even if I had called the same day (before death occurred) she wouldn't have refunded it. What a pathetic excuse for customer service! Obviously, they don't care about you, spend your hard earned money on a place that will value you and not treat you as profit. Might have dodged a bullet with the recent discovery of bed bugs.

It was our second time (1st time was in Las Vegas) seeing James Garner perform & they truly do not disappoint. Excellent history lesson accompanied the amazing vocals. The Guns & Roses was also good not great but ok. The Yuma Art Center was a perfect setting for the shows with comfortable seats, great acoustics & bar service.
