In a pinch I was looking for a new photographer to take professional real estate photos, I was able to book the session for the following week right on time for my deadline since we needed photos by that week. In addition to the normal real estate photos they offer aerial photos/videos, social media reels, customized videos, marketing materials for homes on the market, and more! I opted into the 35 photos, 10 aerial photos, social media reel, and a 2D design of our home. Our house smelled like cat pee when we moved into it. This was never handled during the entire year…read morewe lived there. Any effort to have this, or other issues address, we're met with silence and 2-hour long hold times. When we moved out, we did not receive our security deposit until the last day. For some reason, they address the check to all names on the lease instead of the primary leaseholder, making it impossible for us to cash the check. We spoke with invitation homes and signed multiple documents affirming that they should only be sending us a check reimbursement with only the primary leaseholder on the check. They told us they had sent a new check out way, but after waiting a few weeks we received a check that, yet again, had all three names on it from the lease. This debacle repeated itself a third time before 2/3 roomates (1 moved away) took a trip to the Orlando office to resolve this in person. When we arrived to their office during office hours, per Google, we were met with an empty office. We spoke to an employee via doorbell camera who seemed less than happy to have to do her job during business operating hours. Essentially, she rudely turned us away and was unhelpful, giving us the same runaround we had been given up to this point. TLDR: this company does not care about you once you sign your lease. They will take your money and run. They go to lengths to illegally keep security deposits and ignore resident requests. I would not wish an invitation homes lease on my worst enemy. Invitation Homes embodies everything currently wrong with the housing/rental situation in America. DO NOT RENT FROM INVITATION HOMES.​
