The 20-something asked me for the electronic file. I explained these were done some time ago and there is no electronic file. None provided to me. Would he please make two sets of copies? Thirty minutes later - nothing. He asks his supervisor who says that they can't do it because the pages are wrinkled and their auto feeder will rip the pages. I completely understand. I ask if they can't do it one at a time. They told me I can do it in the self section. I said I just had surgery and as you can see I can't stand or walk. I'm unable to use self serve. Is there anything you can do to help me? The answer was an indifferent "not my problem" shrug.

No courtesy returns now either. There are 2 actual UPS stores on the CU campus so we went to the one with the most access to local residents not affiliated with CU. This one is in the building of the new dining facility for the Williams Village dorms on 30th St. it's a little hard to find and park and their printed hours are not always correct. Call first and verify. When you pull into the dining facility drive, look for the public parking on your right. There are only 5 spaces. Other parking is permit only and it is enforced. It was full today but my husband stayed with the car and I took our package in. The workers was quick and though a free return from a. Implant gave me a receipt. Many students walked to use it as I was leaving so I got lucky on timing. Since UPS reduced its presence in Boulder we do our regular shipping with another similarly priced company and very convenient to our home. Since this product required UPS for free shipping I had no choice. Given that, it is a good though not convenient option for local non-student citizens

She asked "how did you order them?" I responded " In color." She checked and acknowledged that the plans were ordered in color, then stated they must have not been to scale. I informed her I spoke with Cory and that there was no issue mentioned at that time. She then grabbed the non-color plans out my hand and went in back. After a few minutes of waiting she returned with 2 sets of plans and demanded the other set I was holding. I asked why? She said they were not in color. I showed her they were in fact in color. She screamed at me "THEN WHY DID I PRINT THESE!!" and threw the plans in the trash aggressively. I stated " If you are going to throw those away, I will take them." She flared up again and yelled "I am not giving you anything!: I responded " I am happy to pay for them." At this point I think she realized that she was way out of line and started to back track. She charged me more for the incorrect plans than the original order. Don't know what set her off but I hope they have cameras and can review the situation.

I also love that they are the most efficient and welcoming to recycling items. From old printers to batteries, I have removed outdated and non working equipment without resorting to either landfill or paying to recycle at our county facility of last resort. The staff is always gracious and well informed. Parking is simple in an ample free lot. In Boulder, this is a real bonus. And my newest printer last spring has turned out to be the best amount of features for the price of any of those in the past. Not only does the technology itself improve, the convenience of buying from Staples does too.

Over the past month, I had to purchase multiple dresses for my baby shower, a wedding, and a rehearsal dinner. As a result, I ended up ordering 21 dresses to try on and returning 18 of them. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that each dress had to be scanned individually during the return process. I had the pleasure of working with Devin, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire return. Not only did he maintain a positive attitude the whole time, but the scanning system also wasn't working properly, which meant he had to manually match each dress to its barcode. Despite the extra work and time involved, he never once made me feel like an inconvenience. The other day I was behind this old woman in line who literally spent at least five whole minutes berating him about "how complicated the mail system is," (as if he's the reason why the mail is so complicated?
