Update to my previous experience rating. I took my Aston Martin V8 Vantage for a ceramic coating…read moreand window tint job recently. I had rated AFS a 2 star due to an unfortunate follow up experience with a less than helpful customer rep who could not explain clearly why the car's surface felt strange. Turns out the ceramic coating doing it's job properly was the reason for my concern! It was unfortunate the rep blamed the environment, missing an opportunity to promote the positive aspects of the ceramic coating. I was able to schedule a 2nd follow up visit to address some items previously missed in my service session. I have to hand it to Mario, my initial service rep, who stepped up to provide great follow up and made sure all my concerns where taken care of to my satisfaction. Mario's acknowledgment of my previous questionable experience and his attention to make it right made a world of difference. If anyone plans to visit the Midtown AFS facility in the future, definitely ask for Mario! As I commented in my previous post, the overall quality of the ceramic coating work was fantastic!
