Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it." How rude and insulting given that I still was never given accurate pricing. I highly recommend you not take your business there. Horrible service.

I came across Hitman Auto Detailing on yelp and was drawn to the reviews and types of cars they washed. I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I wanted to work with someone that understood that and properly care for the car and not scratch it, etc. I reached out through Yelp and received a quick response regarding pricing and availabilty. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. The morning of my wash, Desmond arrived promptly and I immediately felt at ease with him. I went over my concerns and expectations and we agreed on the level of wash/detail service. I selected the Mercenary Wash which matched the type of options I normally do for my washes. I was impressed with the level of detail and quality of the service, Desmond did an outstanding job. We will definitely use Hitman Auto Detailing again, I already scheduled my next appointment!

I started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly and, as such, they would not warranty the work, as it was under new ownership. I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had put on!!! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! He is truly a classy gentleman and recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. I have posted photographs of their shoddy work done at Oakhurst location. It was worth driving from Woodlands to Fonden! I asked that the Owner/Manager from Spring location call me/email me........crickets......No phone calls... nothing. In their response to this post, they ask that I speak to with their manager, yet the owner/manager has my number but was too arrogant to call. BE WARNED. BE WARE. DRIVE TO THE FONDREN location!
