She has the ability to incorporate the kids and give the adults a comfort even when they are uncomfortable being in front of the camera and worried about their wild kids' behavior. She has expert tricks to get candid looking photos. I am always beyond please with our pictures. She also is one of the only photographers that provides digital rights to the entire session and that for me is priceless! This is not at all clear from the website marketing, which states: * Photos Taken: 30-50 images * Retouched Images: 1 professionally edited photo (selected on-site) Apparently you also get only 1 raw image, though this is not stated. You have to immediately go through a lengthy three-phase process to choose that photo --no consulting with friends/partners. Okay, so maybe I should have found the fine print, but it turns out "professionally edited" means "created by AI." It generated an image that looks like a 25-year-old digital avatar of me, quite different from the original photo. The website also claims that "We offer 2 rounds of free revisions," but I have not received a response a week after asking for one. So, I'm using the raw image, which is fine.
