Our server started out barely friendly and offered up no suggestion on wine or anything else on the menu. After we chose a wine of the establishment namesake, I had to ask if there were any options on the menu that did not include milk or cheese because I cannot have it. We waited a long while for our wine and the response to my question was a laminated allergens card from the kitchen. I had 1/2 of an option. As it was clearly explained to me they apparently don't craft their dishes so as they could simply leave cheese or milk out of the equation i.e. not sprinkle parmigiano on top of a steak etc. To me this a poor way to give a variety of clientele the opportunity to dine at your restaurant. So we stuck with just the wine and had dinner somewhere else. Oh and the quickest our service was, was when we paid which still took 15 minutes to do and our server only had 1 table besides us.
