I was not a fan of Irish food in general, so I was really happy I found this place! The restaurant is itty bitty and has a few tables inside and out. Depending on the time of day, it might be easier to get your pizza to-go. The pizza was delicious! After a fun night of Guinness, pub hopping, and dancing around to Irish music, they are open and ready for your business! They are open after all the bars close so get in line and enjoy some hot, fresh pizza! The prices are great and service was fast and friendly. I came back a second night during normal business hours, just to make sure the pizza was good without the influence of Guinness...to my surprise it was just as delicious! Hate Americans...?! Went in here with three of my girlfriends. After speaking with them for a few minutes about our order, how they pronounce things in Italy vs the US, etc, they gave us half of our order. I asked where the rest was and they kept (literally) waving us away. I asked very directly where the other half of our order was and after demanding to speak to a manger, I was told that what we ordered wasn't on the menu that late. Instead of the pizza guy flirting with us and pronouncing "allllfreeedooo" for half the time, would have been cool to know that what we were paying for wasn't actually going to be given. I have to admit, I wasn't sure about this place at first, since from the outside it looked like many others cheap "Italian" places (which a lot of times turn out not to be that Italian at all), however I am SO glad we decided to try it out. It was possibly the best pasta I've had in Ireland. Tried the pizza too and was delicious as well. We liked this place so much we went back the following day. The staff was amazing too, everyone was super friendly and the chef came out asking if we liked our dishes. I also couldn't get over how big the portions were and how cheap everything was, especially considering the quality of the food. Like I said the place is very casual and quite small but would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants authentic Italian. The gnocchi gorgonzola and bacon especially were insanely good. Can't stress enough how much I loved this place, will go back next time I'm in Galway for sure. read more

Awesome little hole in the wall pizza and pasta shop. I was craving a homemade pasta dish and this place did not disappoint. All of the dishes are made to order so they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions. We had the gnocchi ragu and a more simple pasta with oil and garlic. Both were fresh and delicious! The pizza also looked delicious and perfectly made, and that's a compliment from me as I'm from NYC! The place is small and fills up quickly but definitely worth a stop in. Also it's not too pricey, I'd say about 10 euro per person or less depending on what you order!
