We were told our to-go order would take about 25 minutes. After an hour, we had watched people who arrived after us receive their food, finish eating, and leave while we were still waiting. We finally got our calzones, without the requested marina and had to go back in to ask for some. After getting back to the cabin, we realized that both orders were wrong. So we waited around 65 minutes for calzones that neither of us liked since they were filled to the max with peppers and onions. Definitely would never go here again. read more

The WORST pizza I've ever had in my life! The place's name gives u a feeling that this place is specialized in pizza, therefore, it should be a good pizza .. Unfortunately is was very bad! We had two pizzas the Fiesta, the tomato & basil. The cheese was burned & tasteless. The sauce tasted bad!! Seriously how hard is it to get a good pizza sauce? I couldn't tell if there was basil or tomato! That's how burned it was!! The prices aren't cheap at all compared to fine pizza places. To be fair, the place was clean & very nice staff. Stopped in after our drive up the hill in the rain. It was nice to sit on the patio, and listen to music as it rained. The pizza was great, even cold the next day. We also had the spaghetti and meatballs. It was good, but as other have said, a little bland. That sauce needs more Italian seasonings (more garlic, oregano, basil, sage, etc), and maybe a little in the meat also. this was also good the next morning. We were just traveling through Three Rivers to get to Sequoia National Park. Went to Pizza Factory with no expectations in this depressed town. Boy were we surprised! Me and my family went for a wonderful day in the sequoia mountains and on our way home we stopped to have dinner at pizza factory we are big fans in Visalia and Corcoran, but I have to say this pizza factory was the worst ever, the service was horrible the lady who took our order was very rude , then they forgot our cheese bread and went to ask only to be yelled at . I just know I won't be stopping there ever again don't need to be rude to customers when all I was asking for is what I paid for . Take a customer service Class, learn how to treat us. read more

Fairly pricey, like most things in the small town of Three Rivers. Better hours than most of the surrounding restaurants, as many of them were closed on random days and often closer earlier than their posted hours due to lack of activity/customers. We are staying in Three Rivers and came here after a long day of hiking. Staff is not very friendly but the food was really good! We had pizza and BBQ wings. So good. My family's last night in town, we decided to have pizza night and came across Pizza Factory in Three Rivers. The prices for the food were reasonable, the atmosphere was great along with the friendly staff. When I placed my order, I was told it would be a 50 minute wait but it wasn't. I can tell this is a HOT spot for the locals and anyone who wants to come out and enjoy great pizza and a beer. Also, they have a cool ass arcade along with a juke box and TV's to watch your sports. If you're ever passing through to go to Sequoia, this is a must stop. Grab your pizza to go if you have to. I ordered two XL pizzas and it took a while for our food to come out,and when it did it we found a hair in one of them.They took it back and we had to wait even longer.They didnt apologize or even "comp" us anything.It was a little frustrating since it was the kids pizza that had the hair,they were so hungry.Anyhow the pizza was so good,the customer service could use some help and the people making the food should wear hair nets. read more

The staff at this establishment is beyond discourteous and downright unprofessional. One employee in particular, a short brown haired girl with a tattoo on her left collar bone area, was extremely rude. When i ordered a pizza to go at 5 minutes till close (I understand that's no fun for employees that want to go home right at the buzzer) she leered at me and rolled her eyes. As she walked past the table I sat at while Waiting, she said loudly, "well, we're gonna be here for another 20 minutes AT LEAST.". Food was good---I had a build-your-own calzone and my husband had pizza. We ended up "checking in" on Yelp to get a free order of breadsticks, but the server on the phone had zero idea what we were talking about. We called ahead so that we could come pick up our order and the girl on the phone insisted that we had to print off our "coupon" for the breadsticks. We repeatedly tried to tell her that you had to be present to check in on Yelp and therefore, you couldn't print anything off and that wasn't how Yelp worked, but she couldn't seem to understand that. During our family camping trip we stopped here on the way back from hiking in the Sequoias... We weren't sure what to expect and were presently surprised by how wonderful the pizza was.
