Usually when you see the word factory in any restaurant, I tend to shy away from it, but glad we didn't this time. There's not many places that are offering up good pizza in Three Rivers, but the Pizza Factory is one of them doing just fine. We got our pizza to go, it was a busy dining room. You can order at the counter and stay there, it's a busy place with plenty of picnic tables inside and out to dine at. Nice overall atmosphere, a tad loud and busy, but still nice. The pizza was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. The pasta was decent, but not as good as their pizza. Good experience overall.

Medium Pepperoni Pizza - Really good overall! Loaded with pepp, cheesy and awesome airy crust too. Would get again.

After a few days in the area....Sequoia Coffee and here were definitely our favorite places to eat in town. Maybe a touch on the pricey side but considering location and the available options in general, it is what it is and you move on. Small pepperoni (pic is medium), 10 wings and a dinner salad (no pics) was almost $50 for reference. We got take out 2 times and both nights we ordered, the service was quick, considering how busy they were. All the staff I talked to were super polite and helpful from ordering over the phone, to the cashier and take out people too. The vibes when dining in seemed great and lively, but after a day in the park we opted to eat at our Airbnb instead. The pizza was surprisingly good! Way better than we expected and liked it enough eat it twice in a few days. Loaded with pepperoni which we totally appreciate and bits of it got crispy too. There was a good amount of cheese and it had a nice airy crust. We also got the wings and salad bar. My wife loved that you are able to make your own dinner salad and choose the toppings you want. Lastly we got the wings and they were also good for oven baked and not fried. They were actually crispy and both the garlic parm/mango habanero sauces were tasty. We'd definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to the area!

Pizza Factory was very nice and clean. The food was good and especially my buffalo wings cause the were baked not deep fried. The pizza was excellent. The reason im giving a 4 star is the table tops need a re-do cause the look very old and sticky. Prices are normal paid 61.00 for 4 people.

This is a close 1st for the best pizza I've ever eaten. Seriously. Ordered a Factory Special- basically a supreme. LOADED with toppings!! Just the right amount of sauce. The crust. Oh my. Slightly dense so as to hold everything on, yet airy, fluffy, and crispy all at the same time. I cannot stress enough how perfect the crust was The 2 girls at the counter were so welcoming and friendly. Gave us time to look over the menu and offered suggestions... which we took :) Medium pizza and 2 drinks was $35...so reasonable! Nice casual place with picnic type table seating. Overall great place and great value for the money!!

Service was excellent especially with the manager Jonathan who answered all my questions regarding prices and food. The pizza had great taste and flavors. Wings were also great. Some of the locals might tell you it's mediocre pizza but others said it was great. So a mixed reviews but I'm an outsider from LA and the family and I love it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Honestly loved it. Perfect chill spot after a day exploring the parks. The mini pizza is a great size and filling with a soft and crispy crust. The spaghetti and meatballs was huge! The folks were nice too

Food so good we came here twice during our stay in Three Rivers... We were visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks and were staying at a local BnB... We were driving home from the long drive and hikes in Kings Canyon NP and thought carbs were in order... We had seen the Pizza Factory on our stop at the market and decided to try it out... wow... I always say that I judge pizza and Italian restaurants by their sauce, and I really enjoyed this sauce: tomatoes thick, seasoning just right, not too runny... yum. On the first day we got a vegetarian calzone, spaghetti and meatballs, cheese sticks plus a pitcher of mango cart beer... thoroughly enjoyed everything and had plenty of leftovers for the next day... when we stopped back into the Pizza Factory for a veggie sandwich, another pitcher of beer and some sauce and bread sticks to take home to finish off the leftovers from the day before... Bread sticks were so cheesy and good dipped in the sauce. Spaghetti cooked perfectly, and the meatball appropriately seasoned and moist. My friend said her vegetarian calzone and sandwich were flavorful and packed with fresh vegetables. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean with plenty of big screens to catch every game while you wait or eat in... You have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating, and like someone else said, I don't know about the low rating because this place was PACKED! We lucked out on both days and made it just before the dinner rush, but the phone was ringing off the hook and tons of pick up orders were going out the door... they must be doing a lot right, and I know we'll definitely be back if/when we're back in the area...

The pizza is very good here lots of toppings, kid, friendly video games for the kids outside seating and indoors relaxed atmosphere

I would recommend sizing up when ordering. I wish I got a large vs a medium. The chicken wings were good. The to go salad I got was one they gave you a container for the salad bar. There was a food selection of options.

We stopped into Pizza Factory after a hike in the trees and enjoyed the warm, family-friendly vibe--cute, kitschy decor (lots of motorcycle-themed pieces) and a lively, busy night. We ordered a cheese pizza, salad bar access, and a Greek salad. The pizza was the highlight: the cheese was baked to perfection--golden brown, a little crispy at the edges but not dry--really delicious. The salad bar was adequate with a choice of iceberg or spinach and a selection of toppings. My main issue was the Greek salad: it was advertised with romaine but arrived with iceberg. When I politely pointed this out to a server, I was told they never have romaine. There was no offer to replace the salad, refund, or even a real apology. That lack of effort to correct a mistake was disappointing. Overall, great pizza and a just what you expect from a pizza place, but customer service could use improvement when things go wrong. I'd still come back for the pizza, but hope staff handle mistakes more proactively next time.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low here but I was very satisfied with a fresh, out of the oven pizza after a long day of driving and walking through the park. The dough was excellent and came out piping hot. The sauce was tasty and the ingredients were fresh. The Greek salad was also fresh and crisp. The Italian dressing was on point. Solid meal for being 20 minutes outside the Sequoia national park! Good selection of bottled beers. Super busy on Saturday night but the food came out in a timely fashion.

Calzon: it was very nice and fluffy with a lot of toppings stuffed. Very with the purchase

Great as a date night spot or the casual evening out. The service was great, attentive and friendly. Ordering was quick and efficient. Drinks and appetizer came out quickly until we had to wait for our mains. Didn't time it as we were still enjoying our evening but we waited an extended amount of time. Needless to say we weren't the only ones waiting. With the wait aside we absolutely LOVED our mains! The Gnocchi in the pink gorgonzola sauce was amazing! The gnocchi were soft, pillowy, and cheesy. The sauce was creamy with a sweetness from the tomato sauce with a slight acidity. Highly recommended. The ravioli rustica was delicious. Perfectly cooked ravioli were stuffed with spinach and cheese and sauced with a creamy sweet pea puree. All topped with slivered almonds, which added a nice nuttiness to the dish. Needless to say we cleared the plates. Dessert was their special pistachio tort. A flourless pistachio cake topped with rich chocolate ganache and more crushed pistachios. Rich and decadent. We also ordered their Crème Brûlée. Creamy, smooth, with a slight sweetness. The burnt sugar was perfectly torched with a great crackle. Would order again. A great experience nonetheless. Will definitely add to our rotation for date nights.

If a restaurant is going to add that kind of charge, it should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers order or make reservations. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The steaks were badly overcooked, the food was mediocre at best, and there were large flies throughout the restaurant, which made the meal even more unpleasant. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but being busy does not give a business a free pass to surprise customers with excessive charges or deliver poor food and service. The 20% surcharge felt unfair and left a very bad impression. I willnot return, and I would strongly recommend that customers check their bill carefully before paying. Unfortunately their specialty cocktails weren't included but they were reasonably priced regardless. *Artichoke, Spinach, and Cheese Dip: had a grainy, chunky texture made predominantly from the artichoke. There needed a better mixer and creamy element. The flavors resembled a thick pesto. The toasted bread was the best part. *Spicy Calamari: nicely fried but a tad too salty. Would have appreciated a lemony component to cut through the grease. *Garlic Fries: thicker cut with slight crisp. They were garlicky but the Parmesan left a strange aftertaste. *Green Tea Shot: pleasantly fruity and the pour was generous. The service was friendly and we look forward to when they'll hold music nights again. Ultimately the drinks tasted better than the food.
