This place deserves no stars. The pizza is terrible, the amount of cheese that's put on is next to nothing. The crust is way too thin I had a large the other day there were two slices with holes through the crust. A year ago today i would say this is probably the best pizza in the lower mainland, as of the last 3 times coming to the location the pizza is horrible the girl i spoke to on the phone had no idea what she is doing. Phenomenal thin crust pizza with fine ingredients. They use an Italian heirloom flour for the crust and it treats my stomach much better than most. It's my treat, every time I go there. Having an opportunity to show people around my town always brings them there. read more

First time I ordered pizza, the delivery guy was in a crazy rush and almost left with my debit card in the machine still. When he left and I opened my pizza box, I discovered why! He may have dropped it or it got jostled around in the car on the drive over here but either way, it looked like someone had tried to fold it like a t-shirt. I immediately called and complained, and the lady on the phone assured me there would be a credit for future purchase. Fast forward to today, I call because I'd like to order a pizza and decide to check on that credit I was told I had. Well, the gentleman on the phone was very prompt in letting me know that I, in fact, had NO credit associated with my phone number (which has not changed). I will never be ordering from there again. AND THEN! To add insult to injury, the store representative that I spoke with today (12/11/2016) decides to CALL ME BACK AFTER READING MY REVIEW ON GOOGLE and argue with me about the credit. He says I never ordered from his store, that I must have ordered from their store in New Westminster (I live in Abbotsford). I would have been more than willing to hear him out had he not continually interupted me. I do not put up with that. A conversation is a two-way form of communication. You want to talk about the review? Fine. You want to argue with me that I never ordered from your store? Ya, okay sure. But don't you dare interupt me whilst I defend myself from your rhetoric. I did indeed order from that store, and this continuation of this issue only further proves to me their incredible disorganization. I never ordered from there? Bollocks - I ended up in the hospital with a gallstone attack so I distinctly remember ordering from there. I had the box sitting in my recycling bin for a week. I remember the distinct graphics they use on their box, and I will never forget the frantic delivery driver who delivered a hodgepodge in a box. I really like this place. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. It's simple, delicious and quick and the only place in town that does a good thin crust style pizza. On one occasion I couldn't decide between two pizza, and when I got home and opened the box, they had slipped in an extra slice of the one I didn't order. I've never been disappointed. read more

Really good pizza at a decent price. We were at a Trade Show at the Tradex Centre near the airport, and they delivered direct to our booth.

Perhaps it was the fact that I first ate Neopolitan-style pizza at Famoso but this pizza did not meet my expectations. When I walked in I felt as though I was in a Fresh Slice, not a quality pizza restaurant. When I got my pizza I was not impressed - the toppings were scant, the crust was chewy and nearly inedible. I spent $40 on two pizzas and felt immediate buyer's remorse. If you want great, oven-fired pizza that's worth the price point stick to Famoso at Highstreet. read more
