I said you are working with your manager and you don't know her name? She replied, she is not a manager. When the very rude girl came back she told me her name was Sara and spelled it out. (SARA). When I then asked to speak to the REAL manager he told me her name was Sade Williams. I then tried calling the phone # she provided to me and I could not get thru. I drove off without getting my onion rings and pulled on the side of the road and called the phone # again that she provided. WELL of course, she gave me the wrong #. I then googled Burger King Corporate ofc. and found the correct #. I called and filed a complaint on her and then went back into Burger King and asked for management and told him not only did she give me a false name but also gave me the wrong # to Corporate. I told him that's what kind of management y'all are trying to train here. I told her that even tho you gave me the wrong #, I still filed a complaint on you. I had to make a few laps to get a pump, there is a entrance / exit off Highway 14 and another on the side road so there was lots of traffic entering and exiting and not a lot of parking area which has a narrow path through the property. I had no issues but it's important to pay attention to those drivers not paying attention. The pump islands were pretty well maintained and everything worked fine including the receipt dispenser. It's a pretty good option although there are others in the area if this place seems backed up...
