The…read moreSM was very defensive, dismissive, accusatory, unwilling to hear feedback, refused to investigate and/or fully listen to my complaint(s,) ignored valuable information as it pertains to shrinkage, etc. There are couple of sandwich artist who give away inventory in the absence of a mgmt. Unwilling to reach a resolution, the SM banned me from that particular location. Keep in mind, I purchase sandwiches at least three times a week if not more and I can provide bank statements to prove it. Subsequently, I asked the SM for contact information to corporate and/or the owner so he/she can hear my legitimate complaints, dates and times of the aforementioned shrinkage, etc. and she refused. In an effort to make matters worse, she informed me that this complaint/feedback, I'm taking my time to compose, will be re-routed to her without a resolution. How does a patron become banned for filing a complaint, providing constructive criticism, offering valuable operating practices in the absence of her presence, shrinkage, unprofessionalism, etc.? This makes one question her moral compass, ethics, and character.
