Bad training! The pizza makers could a better job if they actually follow the speck chart!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Workers took forever to talk to me and they were too busy making out in the kitchen. When they did get to me the lady attending me seemed lost. She couldn't find my order even though I had the confirmation number in my phone. I was there trying to resolve this issue over 30 mins. When I spoke to the manager they were no help either. When I asked for a refund with my number they were able to refund my money and even gave me a receipt. My question is how could she pull up my information on the system in order to refund my money to my card but not find my order? Cherry on top was the place wasn't even busy, but that makes sense now with their lack of experience. read more

First time I ordered from this location. Did so online and the order went through quickly, the food was delivered as instructed, and the meal was piping hot. The food was also cooked well--I hope they're consistent. Delivery guy was also friendly and professional. I have been going to this pizza hut for years I have had issues like missing items wrong orders but never something so disgusting I'm so disappointed my family and I eat dinner tonight and a bit later my my husband started to eat the Hershey cookie pie and he took a bite and he fell something tangled around his teeth and long and behold its a hair wtf this is so disgusting,my husband is on his way to speak with the manager I'm so disappointed I still can believe it ,people always check your food you never know. I usually order for pick up at this location and usually has been my place to go to for my pizza. I finally ate here and my experience was a good one with the only issue being that the place was under remodel. I understand that its hard for them to control the look of the place when everything is under construction but I feel they could of done more to cover up some of those areas. The food was good as expected! We ordered two pizzas...I started with a large pepperoni panned pizza, a large mushrooms thin bread, and ordered some wings! The pizzas were great and specially the thin pizza which was nice and crunchy. The one thing I feel they failed in was the wings because they were not well cooked and were still a little bloody red in the inside. This is something I am super picky about when it comes to chicken wings and I hope this improves. read more

9 times out of 10 this Pizza Hut hits the spot. It's conveniently located, fast and nice staff. I've ordered here many times and probably only once after ordering here for the past 10 months, the food was just ok vs the other times. I love Pizza Hut's pan pizza. I normally order the Pepperoni pan pizza and the garlic knots. The garlic knots can be a hit or miss and make sure they don't forget your marinara sauce. read more

A little disappointed with this location. Pizza Hut is usually pretty good with customer servic. We showed a little on the late side 10:48 to be exact on a Saturday. We waited fo about 5-7 mins standing with no one there but us waiting to be seated. After a couple more minutes some one decided to finally ask if we needed help LOL Well we asked to seated. Much to my surprise they stopped seating people at 11 I Didn't really think that as customer we where attended properly. Maybe management should go over customer service. I was so surprised that the pizza was going to turn out this good! The pizza was cooked just right... And it had so much flavor! The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was really nice. I got the special so I saved money... I rather order from this Pizza Hut again rather than any other pizza place in this area! read more

Visited the Alamo Pizza Hut last night with my wife, kids, and grandkids; TOTAL disappointment. The pizza was dry with the consistency of cardboard. The service was terrible. The waitress took our order, brought the food/drinks and never returned. We had to look for her each time we needed drink refills. My wife had to leave the table and go to the back area to ask for refills where she found the waitress on her cell phone. Obviously, she could not care less about the customers. It wasn't even like it was busy. There was only one other family in the entire restaurant. Which explains a lot. Now we know why Pizza Hut has had to lower prices. Their product SUCKS! and their services is even worse. We will NOT be returning again, and we STRONGLY recommend that you don't either. It's a damn shame too. Pizza Hut used to be awesome. Somewhere a long the line, they quit giving a crap. read more

I've found that the Pan Pizzas @ the Alamo location always taste the best since I think that they use extra garlic oil or whatever. It always hits the spot.. read more

The food is good. Mickey our server was great. Pizza was crispy and very tasty. But what was annoying was that this is the first time I did not receive my Military discount. I'm a working vet, but denied my 10% discount. Even Sonic honors the military. Shameful of You Pizza Hut Manager. read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. After waiting a whole hour and a half for a simple order, the pizza and wing boxes were all smashed. Everything cold and soggy. I called the driver/store 10+ times and no answer. This is the service they give. read more

With their $10 pizza, who can go wrong with that!? Also Wednesdays is $.50 wings. The spicy BBQ is the best.

I came to this pizza Hut with my grandma and the service was terrible. We walk in and the restaurant was closed halfway with all the chairs on top of the tables as if I am cleaning early to leave.... This made me feel rushed, It was just 9pm. They first gave me my cups but no straw. I asked for a straw and my waitress said we don't have none. I felt she did not want to give me a straw. Then I finally sit down and I asked for my pizza. It took about 30 mins to get my pizza and it was not even cut at all... I guess the girls doing the pizza on the back were not putting attention to what they were doing. I told my waitress to please cut my pizza so she took the pizza to the back and finally it was cut. I ate then I tried calling the waitress for a box to go, cup to go, and the ticket, but like before I had to wait and raise my hand a few times because the girls (3 girls on the back and if I am not mistaken and according to my receipt two of those girls names are Alyssa and Stephanie) on the back were chatting and not putting attention to their customers. I guess one of the girls saw because she told my waitress I was calling her. I asked for the box and a cup to go and the receipt. The waitress brings the box and the receipt but not the cup to GO... I tried calling my waitress again to ask her for the cup to go but she ignored me and continue swipping as I want to just go home... SO I got up and it took them about five minutes to notice me and another customer were waiting for help. This time I got someone else other than the waitress at the register, asked again for my cup to go and with no emotion she tells me we don't have cups to go... We do not give cups to go. I mean I guess that's why my waitress ignored me. I mean she could of told me that when I first asked for the cups to go and I would have left it at that. No apology nor nothing. The cashiers facial expression was like I don't want to help u just leave so I can go home. I paid and left no tip as I had the worst expirience in this pizza Hut store# 31 in Alamo TX. I left mad and will never come to this pizza Hut again. I did not asked for a supervisor because I feel like if the employees in this restaurant are acting like this is because management and corporate does not care about what happens in their store. if you want to eat a good pizza you have to eat at the restaurant, if you order for delivery, the pizza is always at room temperature, the cheese has hardened, and they put very little ingredients, the pizza is gross when you ask for delivery plus they take more than an hour to deliver it read more
