I can't imagine a restaurant being managed any worse than this one. We were informed when being seated. That they were out of ice. How can a restaurant be out of ice at 7pm on a Tuesday night. There is a Dillons grocery store literally across the street. Send someone over to buy some ice. Instead a customer brought in a bag of ice. And, everyone in the dining room. Is taking turns dipping their cups into it. They also only have three beer choices. Budweiser, Bud Light and Michelob Ultra. What other Pizza Hut have you been to that only have three beers? Then they came out and begged for change from the costumers. Because, they didn't have enough small bills. read more

They had at least 8 people working and it took an hour to get our food and it wasn't even hot! But I am! We ordered a large deep pan super supreme w/ Xtra cheese. After 30 min the waitress came out and told us they were out of deep pan in a lg. They hadn't even started on our order yet! When it finally came out another 30 min later it was not hot and no extra cheese. And the excuse was not having the crust in deep pan. We had to get a medium to get that. These so called workers do not pay out there customers change due to them & they also over charge tremendously. The price may read to be $10.99 but when we order, we are charged above and beyond, $25.99. In short the workers are stealing from the customers! Let's discuss their terrible customer service, the nasty reactions you get when you ask for assistance. Racial comments and slurs being used in the lobby around small children while being waited on, how inappropriate! The (BBB) Better Business Bureau and the Corporate Office will love me after I share my experience! Please don't spend your money here, they are also very unsanitary and work gloveless while preparing your meals. You have no idea what occurs inside that kitchen until you see it for yourself. Will not be going back. We went as a group of 5 - with a small child. First, our table was filthy - the waitress wiped the table down knocking everything onto the booth. When we asked if she would mind wiping the booth she got snippy - I will do it AFTER I take your drink orders. We had to stand and wait for our drinks to come! Then - we ordered breadsticks - which arrived about over 30 min later. Somehow the table next to us - friends with the waitress got their order right away - even though they were seated 10 mins after us. We asked if we could have crackers for the child in our group - but we were told they ran out. 2 meals come - 10 minutes later everyone else's pizzas come. No refills for drinks (husband had to get up and take the cup to the kitchen himself!). No plates. No spatulas. Finally the waitress brought us salad bar plates for our pizza - after we requested plates. We didn't get anything to serve our pizza (spatulas) - "cause they are ALL being washed". The table next to us left because their pizza was cold - leaving all but 2 half eaten slices of pizza. To top it off - our bill was wrong - $3.00 higher than on the menu - no extras or subs were requested. Man appearing to possibly be management played on his phone and giggled with the waitresses the whole time. Wow.... just don't. No beer options. Can only order one sauce for wings and the wings are waaaaay overly priced! Paying more ban a dollar a wing!! Ate there before going the casino with friends and the male server was very rude and unprofessional. Did not get us refills, my food was wrong and he didn't correct it. Luckily there was a nice girl that helped us instead, handed her a tip! Do not get the male server! read more

Do not go there at night. The service is terrible. Twice we were seated and then forgotten about. They weren't even busy. Last time it happened, after about 20 minutes we just left. Day time service is great! read more

Would leave NEGATIVE stars if I could. I was with the party of 5 and service was RIDICULOUS. FILTHY booth, rude and incompetent staff who couldn't even find us plates or spatulas for our pizza! Laughing texting on phone anything but customer service. Asked for crackers and crayons due to long wait for food for 5 year old, told there weren't any-on way out saw BOTH. Bill was wrong as well. Tried to find a manager told they not in, called customer service hotline gave up after 38 min hold time and online complaint line broken. Called corporate given the run around as well and routed nack to the same complaint line. CRAPPY customer service. There are a LOT of restaurants who actually value their customers! read more

Very disappointed in this location!! I have had trouble before ordering pizza from this location and then not having it right or having little to no toppings or sauce on the pizza and charging an arm and a leg for it. Tonight did it for me I ordered two pizzas and two bottles of pop my ticket was over $30 it was a carry out order and we live 5 miles out of town. I specifically told them I wanted lots of sauce and toppings and I didn't want my pizza slapped together and looking skimpy, I've even paid extra for decent pizzas in the past. And he assured me they would be great. Of course i open the box when my husband brought them home and they are dry as a bone with hardly any toppings!! I Own a restaurant, I know that mistakes happen and I know most customers are out to get a 'deal' ... This is not the case... I am not asking to get something I didn't pay for... I simply want what I did pay for and was willing to pay extra. When I called to speak to a manager... She just credited $3 for each pizza!!! Ridiculous!!
