Took a Free Large Pizza Card that said right on it No Expiration Date to this Ashland, Ohio restaurant. The card was issued from "Bluegrass Pizza Corp.", the group that owns this restaurant We were told by the waiter, they would honor the card. After placing the order, (we were dining in), he came back to our table and claimed Angie, a regional supervisor told them they couldn't take the card. We ended up with a $25.00 bill because we didn't have this card honored. Our family ate at Pizza Hut fairly often, but because of mistakes and poor product, we cut back. This was a chance for them to win us over. You can bet that Pizza Hut won't be seeing more of our money any time soon. read more

The quintessential 2-star pizza experience. Nothing quite BAD enough to complain to a manager about, but nothing to make you want to come back. The saying goes that even bad pizza is at least pizza, but what about thoroughly mediocre pizza? At least with bad pizza you know what to overlook. But Pizza that is left out a little too long before being served, with sweaty cheese a little too close to re-congealing, with crust that is a little flat and dry, with half-and-half toppings that leak a little too far into all the wrong slices? How is this place still open? By far the worst customer service in town. Messed up my order AGAIN and could only offer a $5 to my "account." Then smugishly laughed when I told them to take that $5 and give it to the next guy who calls in because I won't be coming back. Refused to refund or credit anything at all. 0 stars. This was one of the most single-handedly worst experiences I've had with any sort of service industry. I search the website for delivery to my address it placed my order and charge my credit card for them to call me when my food was done and tell me that they do not deliver to my house. I asked what they could do 2 help the situation since this was not my fault and they told me that they could not do anything. From my experience of any restaurant fast food or not that if there is a mistake on there and the customer usually gets compensated. They asked me if I still wanted the food that I had to come pick up and that my food was already done. They refused in any way to help me and have already charged my credit card for delivery fee and taxes. I'm not one to complain but this made me irate and I will never eat at this establishment again. poor management read more

My husband and i stopped out to pizza hut/wing street 2 weeks ago and received awful food and even worse service. It took 10 mins for any one to notice that we were waiting to be seated. When they finally took our order and brought out our food, it was aweful. One of our pizzas had almost no cheese and we could tell the ingredients were poor quality. At one point my husband's drink was empty for 15 minutes. When i looked over my shoulder, i saw the staff standing around in a large group talking and laughing. We will not be back. read more

Went to the lunch buffet, arrived at 12 noon. No pizzas out on the buffet yet. At 12:20 pm they brought out 2, had numerous tables waiting. Place is a joke. Stay away, spend your money elsewhere. The two they brought out did not even look like pizza. I will not go back. read more

Our church has had a group of 25-30 people stop after church on Sunday night several times. We've always had good service and the food arrives in a timely manner. The waitstaff has always been very helpful and not been impatient with us. The food comes the way we ordered and is definitely enjoyable. read more
