Well we started with a sour puss face greeting like no one in the place was happy to be at work. Seemed like it was a chore to serve us so basically people were not very polite and acted as if we ruined their day coming in for food. We received our food and we're not asked if we were eating in are take out. We were eating in and as we looked most every table needed wiped down as no one was tending to the dinning room to make sure it was clean. As I sit there and watch one of the workers put some product in a cup and proceed to chew and swallow product while serving new customers which is not cool. Place was not as clean as some that I have been into. Oh ya my wife got pinto beans the last of the pot dry and not so good as product was not as fresh as one would like. This place was a total disaster. If a health inspector was to walk in-they would have shut it down on the spot. The prep area (where they assemble your order) hadn't been wiped down since they opened. They were out of chips. After they threw together our burrito and bowl (which we are still deciding if we are going to eat or not) we couldn't help but notice that the garbage was piled up and overflowing all over the dining room floor . By far the most disgusting restaurant I have ever stepped foot in! The lack of cleanliness, order, and just general care for a business and the customers was clearly on display at this place! The young man taking orders that was literally slopping items into bowls may have been the laziest and sloppiest human being in food service. (See pictures). Rice was everywhere! Every ingredient that was behind that glass had multiple ingredients floating in it!!! The table that is directly behind the serving area had food allllll over it as well, just absolutely repulsive and unsanitary! There was 6 workers at one point behind the counter area and only 2 were actually doing something. It was extremely clear that cleanliness was not of any importance and no one bothered to take care of the enormous issue! I would also imagine that unedited Kanye and Ice Cube are not appropriate music selections for many establishments, but mostly because children shouldn't be hearing that mess! No one behind the counter even batted an eye when s$&!, b&/?!, and F$! We're echoing through the place! The place was trashed. Never seen a restaurant so disgusting. I couldnt even pick out a salsa for my bowl because they were so mixed up no matter which one you chose your getting the other salsa. The girl making our food had to replenish the cheese and had to literly step over trash on the floor...i mean hole styrofoam container. Nothing in there had been wiped down probably all day. If you like everything on the menu at same time this is place to eat. Ill never eat there again. Never. Absolutely disgusting. I dont even know how they kept serving food. I have visited this Chipotle a handful of times now and every time it is disappointing. They can't properly wrap burritos, the chips taste stale, perhaps over cooked? Today was the worst experience I've had though. I ordered a Cheese quesadilla and the woman would not let me speak after I said I didn't want sides, like the meal comes with. At EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE a plain cheese quesadilla is not rung up as 7$, because it doesn't have meat? Additionally, the rice and beans are always old and dry and overall the burrito just aren't up to par with a typical chipotle burrito. All of the comparisons I'm making are based off other Chipotle restaurants I have been to in the NE Ohio area. This one is the worst, avoid at all costs. read more

The spot was very clean however, they were very skimpy with the portions, especially compared to price. Compared to other Chipotles they barely gave me any food, the queso wasn't even filled up all the way, despite getting a large they only put two measly scoops in. When getting a steak burrito they only put about 7 small little pieces of steak. My family traveled very far to go to this establishment and I have to say that I am both underwhelmed and disappointed. :( read more

Great Chipotle and very friendly staff. The food was a bit oversalted but otherwise typical Chipotle.

Was just in this location getting lunch. The lady in front of me was getting hers made and the employee went to grab some more meat and when he came back he grab a few paper towels and wiped the sweat off his head and never changed out his gloves or washed his hands! read more

This chipotle is far and away the nastiest and slowest that I've ever been in. The ENTIRE kitchen looked like they were back there having a food fight and not one employee thought to clean up! The guy at the counter was making burrito bowls and constantly slinging one spoon of food into another container of food while placing scoops into bowls. I have NEVER seen an inept bunch of employees standing around mostly doing nothing or moving very slowly, as the line of customers kept getting longer. One of these geniuses decided to play rap on the radio in the back and had the adult version of Ice Cubes, "Today was a good day" playing along with some unedited Kanye. So whatever evening staff was working there tonight should be fired!! I know that I WILL NOT be revisiting this Chipotle ever again!! They need to be reported to the local health inspector and to the Chipotle corporate office! read more

I've never had a problem with the people woeking there, they get the job done. All there food is great tge only reason i give them 4 stars instead of five is because their chips are often stale and their lines are often quite long. read more

When the Ashland Chipotle's open I was excited. When I went there the first time they gave what I expected on the amount of food that I get at other Chipotle's. But everytime I go there it is getting worse. Tonight I ordered bowl with light brown rice, Sofritas and and Veggies. Also the Sofritas had to be scrapped from the bottom of the pan. When I got home my bowl was less than 1/2 full. I even commented that the workers where giving unusually small amounts compared to other Chipotle's, I was met with silence. I will NEVER go back to the Ashland, Ohio one. The Mansfield or Wooster places are MUCH better. read more
