I order online but put pay in store as my last order i paid and they said there system crash so they couldnt see if it was paid or not so never again because they maid me pay again. So today i order and put pay in store and the girl Gladys seen me get my phone to try to pay tap so she had me holding there card reader until she came back to the register so i can hand it back. I have never been told to hold a card reader at a drive thru but not that location has always gave me issues never again will i go. I did tell her she was rude the way she forcefully maid me hold it and her tone of damanding. She then try ask me how was she being rude and tried to explain her self of why i needed to hold it at that point i was mad and asked her to just give me my food so i can leave. read more

The last time my family ordered from here, there was a fly in my pizza. DISGUSTING! My Wife filed a complaint to customer service, and they didn't do much but try to give us a little bit of store credit to that store, which we did not accept. TERRIBLE customer service! After a long day at work and the kids a long day at school we decided to eat in and order a pizza. My 7 year old daughter bites into her pizza and there was a long piece of black hair that came out of the pizza as she bit into it. My husband called to tell them what happened and the girl that answered the phone was kind of rude about the situation and didn't apologize. Very disappointed after getting a pizza with a FLY cooked into it. (I posted pictures on here of the pizza.) I complained to the manager and customer service about the pizza and all they told me was that they would not give me a refund for the pizza and all they could offer me was another free pizza from the same location. I ordered something as simple as cheese sticks and it had messed my stomach up. The cheese or something was contaminated. My stomach ache had been hurting for two days now and my poop is runny and black and has an extra foul smell to it. I believe I got a stomach bug from this location being very unclean. I placed a order online to feed my family. Commercial can on and I ordered before 11. I waited untill 11:40 that's when I started being worried if I was going to eat or not. I called to see if my food was coming is the driver was on the road that's all. They placed me on HOLD for 10 minutes. I called again and they placed me on hold again. So if anyone reads this, just know this place isn't trying to be professional and you will be looking at ordering at a low quality place. Thank god. BeWare!!!! The Employees at this location don't have the knowledge to Operate this location. If you are forced to use this locatio, use only cash. They add Additional charges to your account in hopes you don't notice. When you bring it up, the employees hang up and pass the buck. I hope this helps someone from my experience. read more

The Pizza Hut on Elam Road in Balch Springs is HORRIBLE. I called and a Michael told me the address I gave them would not come up. I asked which one delivers in my area and he said that was for me to find out andhung up in my face. I called back and told him the other store said his location was the one that delivers in my area and he hung up in my face again. He is rude, a racist and unprofessional. I made complaints to their corporate office but nobody has contacted me. He should not be allowed to talk to customers in such a manner. read more

Giving one star because there's not an option for no stars. This is the 3rd time they screw up my order first time the pizza simply didn't come. Second time they brought the wrong order. Today not only did it give me a 2hr delivery time but they tried to deliver to another address on my account when in my app I confirmed this address. After the 25 min we're up, we got back in the drive through to get our pizza and they gave us the wrong order and didn't want to correct our order. Got went home to watch a movie.....it was SO spicy i couldn't eat it. I feel like this location has some personal vendetta against me. Seriously. I use to order from a family members house as a treat from time to time and something would always be missing (a soda, bread sticks instead of cheese sticks even when I paid the upcharge and so on). Any time I would call about it they would not want to deliver it and offer a free one on my next order... NOPE. I ordered it then and that's what I expected. I understand forgetting once but pretty much every time? NO. Then they would take an hour or 2 to deliver it and did with an attitude. Well stop "forgetting" and it wouldn't be a problem. I complained online and was given a free coupon for a large pizza. Tried to redeem it once. Notified at the time of ordering what it was and was told they would need to see the coupon and the charge for it would fall off after verification. Fine whatever. It was around Thanksgiving and the house was filled with family so I got the large on top of one of those dinner boxes. Did that and guess what? It wasn't. Complained again and they claimed to call me but never received that call. By that time I got a new phone and moved. They were nice enough to make it right for me the next day but I will only place an order if it's for family only. The wait time for delivery is also always an hour as well. I ordered dinner for my family and two kids at 630.pm they took all my information again like they always have to for some reason. I told them I could pay with cash or debit, the gentleman response was whatever is easier. it is a whole lot easier to pull cash out of my wallet than read off a bunch of numbers. Considering I just had my teeth pulled. After an hour and a half I call up to the restaurant. only to find out they switched my order to pickup due to security concerns. I made sure to give the operator 2 phone numbers to contact me with any issue.
