When my sandwich moved down to the veggie area there was a guy that said "You ordered a #23" (which is a series sandwich) and threw extra cheese on it faster than I could even comprehend what he said. I stood there and watch him "whisper" to the lady at the cash register that unless they say no charge them for it. The other ladies seemed irritated. I stood there and told them no I didn't ask for extra cheese, nor did say I want the #23. I said spicy Italian. They said it's too late and charged me anyways. One woman I later learned was named Mary went from kfc side to Taco Bell no hand washing and did not put gloves on. The menu on the wall, gone. "We can't do that" "we don't do that" is now the answer to simple requests. Very weird because it used to be a happy and unique experience--been there scores of times and bring guests from outside the region. They still have unique items on their menu but they now seem slapped together. Hope the management can recapture the charm it used to have.
