Pizza hut pizza was very good and we didn't have to wait long only 10 dollars for a 3 topping large carryout is a pretty good deal.

I went into the Pizza Hut in Cleveland tn on Keith St with my mom and 3 kids. There wasn't a single customer inside and almost every table was dirty. There were only like 2-3 tables that were actually available to sit at but stuff on the ground around. There were bread sticks on the floor. When we walked in no one came to us and we stood there for a while. Then a couple walked in and still no one came to seat us. So we and the other couple left. Maybe us leaving will give them time to clean the restaurant and be customer ready. read more

I was greeted " be there in a minute there are only 3 of us" I said that should be enough and someone came after I said that. 2 cooking and 1 checking should be enough. Well sadly another restaurant gets marked off my list of places to eat...let me back up a month ago to where I dined I'm at this location and I had to pull the menu up on my phone to show the waitress what I wanted to order...she still didn't get it right but the manager knew the "$5 and up" menu I had been ordering from the past year and took care of it... Then there was last week, I had worked a 12 hr shift at work and I called my wife to see what she wanted me to bring home for dinner. I suggested Pizza Hut also I called and talked to a guy that had no idea about the "$5 and up lineup" but he could "put me on hold and ask his manager". After about three minutes I was hung up on and had to call back...same guy answered and I heard him ask "his manager" who said "yeah the pizza is $7" so the guy started asking me what I want on it...I told him and I said I also wanted the family breadsticks off the same menu...he said I had to buy another pizza to get a deal because the breadsticks are considered an "appetizer" Now let me take a minute to bring up the fact again I've been riding this exact thing for well over a year now. Anyway I got so frustrated I just finally told the guy no thanks and got dinner somewhere else that night Ok so this brings us to today...one last chance so we went to dine in at this same location...the waitress started taking our order and I was just gonna show it to her online to aboid the hassle...well even after I did that she said "our manager said we don't offer that on the weekend"....I said I could order it online and she said she thought a customer did that earlier today and it charged them full price. I said maybe you just have a new manager that's not as good as the old one. She said "maybe so" Anyway, I shouldn't have to be the one to explain to the people working at Pizza Hut or "the manager" what they have on their menu. Worst experience I've had here, evening of 11-21-2018. Not very busy, but waitress acted like she was swamped. Took our order and vanished, along with all the rest of the staff, into the back. Very prolonged wait for food, and when it finally came, there was no recollection that we had also ordered breadsticks. We got that fixed and the waitress again vanished into the back with the rest of the staff. For the duration of the meal, we didn't see the waitress again until we left. We rarely saw any of the rest of the staff. Tables remained uncleaned, drinks empty and other patrons waiting. My wife finally had to go to the (empty) counter to get someones's attention to get a to go box. When we tried to pay we got someone else (our waitress was still MIA) and since we had no ticket, she still was confused about what we had, and our table had been closed out. Got that straightened out, paid and left them squabbling over tables and tips in the back. Our waitress magically reappeared as we left. I love Pizza Hut. The pizza is good. Can't go wrong with the food. However, my experience at this specific location was far beyond amazing. We went at lunch and thought we would order off the buffet for sake of convenience. Well, there was no food. The place was full and the buffet was empty. Waited and waited for fresh pizza to be put out. The pasta was old and the breadsticks were hard. Our server (Wade) was nice and accommodating, but can only do so much. Again, I love Pizza Hut pizza, but if I go again, I will not let my hunger be victim to what is left (or not) on the buffet table. I will make sure I get what I want and it is fresh. read more

Terrible pizza. The buffet was not fresh and it was 11:45 am. The sauce is not good and the alfredo was sour tasting. They weren't accommodating either. When asked for a particular pizza on the buffet the arrogant manager said "if you want something particular you can order it."
