I had not been to BWW at this location for a few years. I stopped going because the service was not good. I discovered today that nothing has changed. I went to the bar that had 4 other customers sitting there. There were 2 or 3 other people in the entire restaurant. I had to wait for 5 minutes or so for a server to take my drink order. I received my beverage about 5 minutes later and I ordered boneless chicken wings. The wings were brought to me about 15 minutes later. I had to wait a out 5 minutes for the server to come back so I could request silverware. I started eating my wings, and they were cold! Just moved to Cleveland from California. We got wings for takeout. They were Disgusting!!! We have had BWW in California and they were delicious. I've been to this place quite a few times. Never have had an issue with my ID. However I came in today with a light heart and wanting to relax and as soon as I gave them my ID. I proceeded to wait another hour for my food. The servers asked my name 4 different times and checked my order each time. The last time they started asking if I had actually placed the order at that location and that's when I asked for a manager ( first time in my life). Ok I think this is my favorite restaurant and or bar not just because it is the closest to me. But, there are some good looking bar tenders that wait on you. They have really good cooks here also. If you pick a table, you will have a good looking waitress. I like the wings here as my two favorite sauces are buffalo dry rub and chipotle BBQ dry rub. A third sauce I get sometimes is honey BBQ. Also, you can play games on the playmaker like poker while drinking beer, watching a ball game, and looking at the good looking women that work here. They have free wi fi too that requires no password. Furthermore, ask for the lunch loyalty card. With this, you get 5 punches and the next time you come in you get 5 dollars off your lunch. Now as far as lunch is concerned, most are between 6 dollars and 8 dollars. So you can really get a good deal here. Lunch is between 11am and 2 pm. read more

My two friends had told me that this BWW location was notorious for poor service, but I always like to experience things for myself. It didn't take long to confirm. Tried to order wings online and an error came up when trying to order the BOGO deal for Tuesday wings. Showed 48 pieces for $18.99 online and up to 4 sauces. Wouldn't work so I called to place an order. Upon calling The buffalo would not honor the 48 BOGO deal as stated it was online and said it came with only 40 pieces. We said sure and ordered the wings to split for 6 of us. Went and got the wings and it only had 35 pieces in there so got double screwed. I guess I wouldnt care so much if we got what we were told either of the two options but we d Should have just listened to the reviews and went to a better wing place; live and learn; maybe this review and the similars will help you stay away from this BDubs. We arrived at 10:20pm on a night that they closed at 12pm. We received our food at 11:48pm. Our server was MIA for thirty to forty-five minutes at a time. With a view into the kitchen we saw multiple team members with personal drinks while working. Our food sat under heat lamps for at least thirty minutes in our eyesight. Two of our party did not receive the food we ordered still while it was on our receipts. A team member who was dressed in protective gowns and gloves to clean the restrooms was walking around the kitchen and taking people's payment for take-out orders. Have a seat, this might take a minute. I've eaten at BWW all across the country, and is typically my favorite chain wings joint to eat at. However, this particular location left much to be desired. We came in as a trio and were seated pretty quickly. First off, I worked in the food service industry for quite a few years, including as a server, so, I understand how hectic it can get in the kitchen and on the floor. As a server, you take drink orders and appetizers first, dude didn't even suggest appetizers, which are a huge seller. He simply asked what we would be drinking, then walked away, leaving us like, "what the H?" As if that weren't enough, there were little kids walking around soliciting donations or something for some team equipment or trip or something. I've never seen that before in an American restaurant. However, there was a nice lady that appeared to be the manager on duty that quickly quashed that and told them nicely they could not be soliciting guests and they quickly left. But, it was very reminiscent of going to Mexico and being bombarded by little kids trying to sell knockoff designer sunglasses to me. At any rate, the manager handled it very quickly, compassionately, and professionally. Kudos! So, our server returns a few minutes later, then asked us have we decided what we would like to order. I actually had to say, "yeah, we'd like to start out with an appetizer or two. I Ordered the fried pickles and mozzarella sticks, which came out shortly and were hot and fresh. Thank you for that much. Then, he took our order. We ordered 3 small boneless wings. Here's where it fell incredibly flat. As for me, I got a half buffalo hot and half desert heat. The desert heat wings had a dry texture, inside and out, as if they had been sitting for a few minutes, and when my fiancee touched her wings it made sense. They were cold. Like, the kind of cold when you microwave your food at home to correct temperature, but you forget about them for a few minutes because you got interested in a TV show, in which the analogy makes sense because seems the server was more interested in watching basketball than taking care of tables, as we observed him doing this several times, as well as disappearing. This will be the first time in many years that I left $0 for a tip, and was disappointed that I had to do so, since I understand how very hard many servers work, because I was once a server, myself. I come to stay in Cleveland, TN to take my family Whitewater Rafting on the Ocoee River, and there are many, many places to choose from when it comes to eating in this area. We came here Monday night with my BF's family since everyone is finally in town at the same time. The girl at the front ask how many of us were there and we said 9 adults and 1 baby. She walked away and went to set up the table then came back and asked us how many people were in our party again. We again told her 9 adults and 1 baby. The manager came over loudly asking what we were celebrating and said if we needed anything to let him now. Well, he disappeared for the rest of the night. Finally, we got our food. Everything was correct to our knowledge but apparently the server gave my BF and I the basket of fries order that was supposed to go to his sister instead of our regular order of fries. She came back 5 minutes later after we ate about half of it and snapped "that's not yours that's hers!" I told her "well that's not our fault". She took it and gave it to BF's sister and told us "yours will be another 10 minutes". Like really?! I was irritated and so was everyone else with the rest of the things she did. At the end she came back to the table and told my BF mumbling under her breath about who knows what and said she swiped his card multiple times but figured she would ask if he's military to give him a discount. He showed her his ID and she never applied that discount at all. She then said his card doesn't work and he needs to pay cash. Service is one of the things that bring us back to places along with quality of food. Food was good(that's what the one star is for) like any other Bdubs but the customer service here sucks. I stopped here while in town and was a good experience. Sat in back -nice spacious patio fenced off area (set up for large crowds or parties if you need). (It was a bit noisy inside...) We had a moderate to small steady crowd out and it was very easy to get seated around 6:30 there was some music playing &it was not that loud just right and a couple of TVs ....difficult to see because of the sun ...perhaps some shading with curtains may help in the future.
