The bad news is that we found this place on our last day of a 3 week vacation. The good new is it was the best pizzas we have had! I am gluten intolerant and they have a 10 inch pizza crust that is very tasty. My first bite was a little slice of heaven. My husband was mesmerized with the "5 lb pizza" and ordered it for himself. We were there for late lunch so he had pizza for dinner and breakfast and lunch the next day. He also agreed that it was the best pizza he has ever had. The ice teas were very good too. There was a slice of Derby pie, which we had never had before, so we got it to go. The waitress told us to warm it for 15/20 seconds in the microwave and add whipped topping or ice cream. OMG, gf or not I had to sample. It was a warm slice of ooey gooey awesomeness. Now I'll be going home to try to make a gf one. The owner stopped out of the kitchen to ask us how things were going which was a nice welcoming touch. We told him we were from Northern WI and he mentioned he use to sell his BBQ sauce there. When we got up to leave I noticed a bottle of BBQ sauce on the counter by the register so maybe he still sells it? Wish I had asked questions about it. We were there around 2 pm on a Wednesday afternoon and there were a couple other tables occupied and a couple of walk-in pickups. Otherwise it was fair quiet but homey and comfortable. read more

This pizza was so so so good! The chicken was cooked fresh and was juicy and tender (unlike most pizza places that give you old tasting dry chicken). And the cheese if you like cheese you'll love this pizza! The garlic rolls were also amazing! Crunchy on the outside and soft fluffy on the inside. Just thinking about them again has my mouth watering! The inside of the restaurant looks very inviting and they had nice music playing. You feel comfortable the moment you step in! The moment you walk into this place you feel like you've entered the house of your favorite aunt. I'm talking about that aunt that can flat out cook and gives you the best Christmas presents every year. :) They make you feel so welcome! I had the cheese bread which tasted amazing and the pizza bowl is perfect for low carb protein lovers. The pizza tastes great! Everything is "home cooked" in the back. Friendly place! We ordered two small pizzas... one traditional cheese sausage & mushroom, and one of the chicken Hillbilly BBQ pizza. The crust was thin and crispy... just how we like it. This place has amazing food, and even more amazing service! When you think "family run restaurant" this is exactly where your thoughts land. This family puts love and effort, hard work and skills into everything they put on your plate. You have never tasted pizza or pasta this phenomenal. Gi Gi's Sweet Treats are the greatest desserts you could never imagine, the things this woman comes up with are mind blowing! Tiffany their daughter and one of their waitresses, is the kindest human being that's ever existed. We passed through on our way out of town and decided to stop in for lunch and told her about our trip, days later on our way back home we stopped in again for lunch (cause were addicted to this place) she recognized us, welcomed us back and asked us all about our trip. She's the best of the best! The food, the treats, the decor, all of its top tier. But most of all this family is the greatest. This is officially a place we love. If you don't stop here when you're passing through, or stoping in town you'll regret it forever and ever, and never recover from the FOMO. I was on vacation and looking for a place to eat before bedding down for the night. It was a Friday, so I was itchin' for a pizza kitchin. I found them online, saw a couple good reviews, but had a concern that I might not make it on time before they closed. A quick call ahead and my mind was put at ease. Arriving a half hour before they closed, we were seated, our drink order was taken. When the drinks arrived, our food orders were taken. My travel companion ordered a 6 inch pizza and little garlic knots to accompany his beer and I ordered a 10 inch (25 cm) pizza. I would have loved to provide pictures, but I was simply overwhelmed with the beauty of the food when it arrived. Sorry, no pictures! Suffice it to say, my tongue went dancing on a Friday night. Everything was delicious. A couple pointers here: first, the pizza is delivered right out of the oven, made with fresh ingredients. Piping hot! Okay, second, anyone who knows me knows that Paul Bunyan can't hold a candle to my appetite. That said, halfway through my pizza, my stomach was satisfied. Being a member of the Clean Plate Club®, it was my solemn duty to complete the task at hand. Not a bit of pizza went to waste, it all went to waist. Now I recognize that when I ordered ice tea without ice, everything was fine. But people in the area are aware of the fact that when a customer opts for unsweet tea, there's a Yankee in the house. Despite that fact, our service was outstanding! The girls waiting on us we're pleasant and attentive. The owners came by and checked in on us - I couldn't have asked for better service. The dough bites were a fan favorite and probably were the reason we had two pieces of pizza leftover The hubs got the 3 meat pizza bowl and he was very pleased with it. This would be a five star review save for the LONE con that I explain below. Short version: This pizza is delish! I am writing this review as I have my leftovers for bfast! It's just as good the next day. I had pizza and the garlic rolls. The garlic rolls were served piping hot with a side of marinara. You absolutely should get these. These are little clouds of carb heaven. Be sure to ask for a side of garlic butter. Pour that yummy goodness over your hot rolls. Enjoy and thank me later. Full disclosure: Pizza is hands down a favorite dish of mine. I have eaten waaayyyy more than my fair share of pizza. So I do not say this lightly...This is a Top 5 spot for me. Pizza sauce and toppings are very tasty. The sauce is bright and dare I say, zesty? So. Good. Crust has a nice chew. Not thin & crispy, not deep dish. Just right in the middle where I like it. We stopped into Georgi's Pizzeria because we stopped to use an EV charger in the adjacent Walmart parking lot. The pizza was to die for, we ordered the cheese bread for our little guy, a 10" pizza and a Caesar salad. The crust was crispy and the cheese was so fresh and delicious. We loved it so much that a few days later when we stopped in again for a charger, we visited again! This stop we got the barbecue chicken pizza, the pizza bowls and the dough balls. Again delicious, and no regrets on anything. If you're in the area I would really encourage you to stop in and support this small local business. First off, the service was great. The woman that took our order was incredibly friendly over the phone and in person -- sweet as can be. The pizza was phenomenal. We got a 16" pepperoni. The pepperoni was under the cheese -- it's Chicago style, we were told, but it wasn't deep dish. Without a doubt Georgi's was one of the 2 best pies I've had in the Chattanooga area, of which we've had Lupi's, Community Pie, Pizza Bros, Goodfellas, FIAMMA and Southside (as well as the chains, ofc). The Detroit style at Community Pie and Georgi's are the top of the mountain for me. The pie wasn't cheap (~$24), so don't go in expecting Marcos prices. However, we absolutely got what we paid for and it was in line with the other good pizza joints around the area. We'll definitely be back! read more
