I don't have a good relationship with Yum!'s restaurants. 1 out of 3 times, I get sick. I've been more lucky with Pizza Hut, especially when they moved into Super Target stores than Taco Bell or Long John Silvers. When I visited this one, I was with a group of 5 or 6 other people. The waitress was helpful and friendly, although she knew the other people. Service was better than I've normally experienced and yet, the food and service were only adequate. To me, there is no possible way to make Pizza Hut (or McDonald's) exciting or fun. The tables were clean and there were no problems. read more

Ordered pizzas via app. Requested curbside pickup, didn't get it. Inside of establishment appeared less than clean . Outside of building there was trash, especially cigarette butts all over the ground. Overall appears was poor. Food quality did not match price paid. Lesson learned read more

I like Pizza Hut. Granted, I only get carry out orders here, so I can't comment on the service or the atmosphere of the restaurant, but my pizzas are always hot and fresh and ready at the quoted time. I love their new menu, especially the pizza with the salami, spinach and cherry peppers (Cherry Bomb, maybe?) and their breadsticks are consistently good. read more

Pizza Hut has had to adapt to all the 5 dollar pizza places popping up so the prices have dropped dramatically. unfortunately so has the quality. I never thought Pizza Hut was the pinnacle of quality, but definitely not the worst. The service inside is usually extremely slow and forgetful. I've never had delivery here so I can't make remarks on that. I prefer other places in town, and you have plenty of options in Connersville. read more

This place is HORRENDOUS. Last weekend my family and I stopped in to check out the newly remodeled restaurant. We were met by an unidentifiable stench. An unpleasant mix of sweat, burned fry oil, and god only knows what else. This was followed by the unsightly mess of a salad bar. We chose the only clean booth available. However remaining in the restaurant proved quickly to be a mistake. Our waitress was not outwardly rude but a complete space case. When some of our food arrived 20 minutes after we had ordered we were immediately informed that it was wrong, that they made boneless wings (glorified chicken nuggets) instead of bone in wings, but she had brought them out anyway and would return "shortly" with the corrected order. Upon biting into one of these boneless wings I found it to be completely raw. No joke. Completely raw. After three attempts we finally managed to get the attention of our waitress who responded with "what do you mean its raw?" She took the wing claiming she would show it to the manager. Yeah, right. Despite this we attempted to eat the remainder of the cooked food This proved to be a challenge as the correct wings and the rest of our food took another 45 minutes to finaly appear piece by piece, with no apology or compensation on our bill. We were however, informed we wouldn't be charged for the raw boneless wings that we had never ordered in the first place! How kind if I do say so myself. By the time the last tray of wings appeared (after asking of its where abouts for the 5th time) we had to go. When my husband and my father went to pay they were asked by yet another spaced out teenager how everything was. When they discribed the disastrous meal to her she replied with "oh, well sorry" with in the next half hour all four of us felt ill. Sick to our stomachs. I will never eat at another pizza hut again as long as i live, ESPECIALLY this one. read more

The dishes were dirty when we got them. Same with some of the silverware. We also were not offered a choice of seating (booth vs. table)

Worst workers ever!!!! We went tonight as a nice family out evening. Instead we get my daughters personal pizza to us AFTER our large pizza was sent to the table and everyone else was done eating. We tried waiting on her pizza but then our large pizza would've been cold!!! We were five orders ahead and all of the sudden my daughter doesn't get her pizza until everyone in there has already gotten their orders? You guys were too busy screwing around to actually realize you had work in front of you!!! Also to the MANAGER who got crappy with me because I asked for the waitress (who was the ONLY positive thing out of it!!!) maybe because all you do is sit on your big butt you got your feelings hurt because of how horrible service was...guess what we went there once a week and we will NEVER step foot in there again. You were a jerk and honestly I have more to say but won't. You...and your workers (except the waitress) suck. Rude lazy incompetent. And it does NOT take thirty minutes for a personal size pizza to go through the oven. read more
