Whoever is doing damage control for this Wendy's location, don't get all hurt and think negatively about me because I'm the customer. Take this constructive criticism back to management at this location and do better. What's the point in choosing drive-through on the app because it says it's open if somebody has to get out of their vehicle to come in? I'm handicapped so if it were me coming to the location, I would not have been able to get my order because I could not come in. Do better than you have been doing.
