Really 0 stars...Tried to order a personal sized cheese pizza and the menu had it priced at $6.49 but the register was ringing it up for more. The cashier spoke to the manager about honoring the price. The manager refused and asked me was it because I didn't have the $1 or if I couldn't afford it. In the middle of me addressing her comment, she walked off to speak to another customer. She did return to me and I asked her for the corporate number, she refused. She told me to speak to her and I said I do not wish to speak with you any longer. As I was taking a picture of the advertised price, she tried to turn off the monitor.   I asked her to please give me her regional/district manager contact information, she said she could no do that that was against protocol. She finally wrote down a number and told me it was the corporate number. I asked for her name and she walked off and went into her office. The cashier let me know her name is Ms. Marcia. I placed an online order while I was checking out at the mall, I get to the Pizza Hut pay for my pizza and still had to wait. After about 30 mins of waiting, I ask the "manager" if my order was ready, being that my name had been flashing ready on their screen. She proceeds to give me a 6 piece wing, and tells me to have a good day. Decided to order pizza from this location and now I wish that I never did. I placed my order at 9:29 pm and my order didn't show up until after 11 pm. I tried calling the location numerous times and wasn't able to speak with anyone to request my money back. For as long as the wait was, I could have cooked at least 2 pizzas on my own. They know that the weekend are busy times and for them to have a short staff is crazy. When the pizza finally came you would have hoped the pizza would have been hot and fresh out the oven...wrong. We also ordered boneless wings and they were horrible with no sauce on the wings nor dipping sauce. We found out through the delivery guy that he was the only driver on staff and that it's backed up really bad. You know pizza hut has been going downhill for a very long time. They need to go out of business if this is the service and bad food you are going to provide to your customers. Trust and believe I will be calling corporate. I normally go to another pizza place whose pizza taste so much better than this mess I ate tonight and from now on I'll continue to order pizza from a place that is much better to my eyes and stomach. Pizza Hut is the best place to order a pizza if you live in Fresno. They always have good internet specials, there are tons of internet coupons if you hunt for them. We always order online and it typically takes around 45 minutes to arrive (however the longer wait time is disclosed) . They have a great variety of toppings. Pizza always tastes great, and always arrives hot. Can't say I've had an experience with rude staff since I never go into the restaurant to order, the only people I ever interact with is the delivery drivers and can't say I've ever had a bad experience with them. read more

My wife decided to order a large pizza for us from this Pizza Hut location. Upon my arrival, I was presented my pizza (in the pictures) and told that it was a large. While looking at the pizza and showing it to my wife and other patrons in this establishment, we were able to conclude that it was in fact, not a large. After reaching this conclusion, I told the young lady working the counter that it was not a large and she quickly told me that it was. I always order online most if the time is ready by tye time they tell you. The pizza is pretty good baked just right cheese melts in your mouth and their wing street wings are pretty good as well. My problem is not with the pizza it's their staff. They are rude and act as if they do not want to be there. I still buy pizza from here because my only other option is Domino's and Little Ceasers and their quality cannot compete with Pizza Hut but I hope they teach their workers how customer service is supposed to be. This location is the slowest location I have EVER encountered. I can't understand why there service is so slow. My neighborhood is directly behind this pizza hut and it always take over an hour for delivery( even on a week day). Then on top of that the customer service is sub par on the regular.
