Jet's Pizza is a must try for anyone who craves deep dish pizza with crispy crust. This is my first time trying Detroit-style pizza and omg, I was blown away by the experience. The slightly burnt, extra crispy crusts are divine. The rectangular pizza may look small and you might question if it's enough but a 8 corner size pizza was more than enough for 3 people. I was fully satisfied with my portion. This carry-out only location is very cozy and narrow but it's super clean and well-kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The energy is just very welcoming and great all around. Plus, the pizza came out pretty quickly. I also really appreciate that they charge only half the price of the topping for half the toppings, unlike some places that charge the full price when you order a topping for only one side of the pizza. So happy to have stumbled upon Jet's Pizza. I highly recommend it! read more

I was ready to make this my new, favorite pizza place. But how can I rate something that isn't able to take my order? Sicilian/Detroit pizza is my favorite, and we've been looking for another source ever since Barry's closed, and I search online every 3-6 months without success. So I was surprised & thrilled when I got a flyer in the mail for Jet's. And they feature Detroit style. I tried to order online this evening. I made an account and built the order and put in the credit card, and submitted it ... and the site declined the card. More than once. It's the same card I use everywhere else, and I called VISA to see if it had been hacked. They didn't even have a record of it being declined. So the Jets website has a problem and didn't even try to process my card. No problem. Their flyer gives a phone number to text in your order. How cool and easy is that! I texted the order and the coupon code and told them I'd be there in an hour since I was driving from Clear Lake. And I was really pleased; it took 62 minutes to get there. But they didn't have the order ready. They never got the order, even though they agreed that I texted the right number. So I've got no pizza and I'm frustrated & disappointed with Jets and can't recommend them. And still looking for Sicilian/Detroit style pizza in southwest Houston. read more

So we've recently been on a Detroit-style pizza kick lately and discovered Jet's was down the road from us in Sienna Plantation a little further south down Highway 6 in Missouri City. We've gotten delivery from DoorDash as well as carried out two times. Each time has been excellent. The crust on the 4 and 8-corner pizzas is perfectly crispy paired with just the right amount of doughiness throughout. They are not stingy with their toppings, and if you order with their hot deals it is good value. My family really likes pepperoni, mushroom and yes, pineapples (please don't crush me on this one). The thin crust is also really good, but it's really the Detroit-style square pizza that is a must-try if you had to choose one. The Greek salad also has generous portions. I will say, one weekend I went it was very crowded inside and there were several parties waiting on their orders. Fortunately I ordered ahead, which still was as 10-15 minute wait, but there were others that waited even longer. My other visit I was in and out (also ordered ahead). Note: this location is take-out only with no dine-in option. All in all, great experience here and we will most definitely be back soon. read more

I can't tell you how excited I was to see that there was a Jet's Pizza near me. I first tried this chain while visiting family in Michigan and then had it again while traveling in San Antonio. But now Jet's is here... in greater Houston!! I've only tried one menu item here, so I can't vouch for anything else. But the Jet's 10 (Detroit-style, well done, 8 corner OF COURSE) is THE BEST. Every bite has flavor, but I add canned anchovies (stop at Trader Joe's before you head home) to zhuzh it up even more. Don't forget to look for a deal online before you order. Do like Chicago style pizza but think it's just a little too much bread? Welcome Detroit style! It's thick and deep dish style pan pizza but the crust is a little burnt and crispy. Amazing -- that's the short version. But you know me... I don't do short when it comes to food. Now, I'll admit -- I'm no seasoned Detroit-style veteran. So when my daughters were "helping" order dinner, things got out of hand fast. Somehow, for three people, we ended up with enough pizza to feed a small army -- Detroit Style, Hand Tossed, Thin, and New York Style. I guess math goes out the window when there's cheese involved. But that night, the real star of the show was the Detroit Style -- the glorious 8-Corner beast. This pizza absolutely blew me away. The crust was perfectly crispy, the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh, and every bite felt like it was made with real care. It's honestly become my go to pizza spot from now on. What really set this place apart even more was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, super helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to accommodate us. We had stopped to grab coffee in the same strip mall, and one of the employees happened to be there as well. He told us they made the best housemade ranch, then actually walked back down to the restaurant, got us some, and brought it back to us. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about how much they care. The only downside is that there's no place to sit and enjoy it since it's a takeout only setup. That said, it doesn't take away from the experience at all. The quality is so good that I would still choose this pizza over any sit down restaurant in the area without hesitation. WOW! First of all, your establishment is sooo clean that you can probably eat off of the floor. Plus, when you walk in, you get an instant hit of the aroma of the pizza being prepared. I order 2 large pies. They were sooo delicious, that my 2 diabetic family members couldn't resist but to enjoy one or two slices.
