This will be my last Marcos delivery. I've been ordering from Marcos almost every other Friday night for the past 6 year. It used to be decent deliver pizza. Now I'm not comparing it to a sit down pizzeria or a restaurant, that's a different tier. I'm talking about when the kids are nagging and I rushing home from work and I'm trying to give them something else to eat. It was a "better-than-Pizza-Hut" option... but now... HA! Little Caesar's may be better. I went to the website today and saw: "fastest growing pizza chain in America." I believe it. The pizza I got today was made so fast they didn't slice it. The other pizza I couldn't tell where the crust began and where the pepperonis were. It was just a mess. I searched my kitchen for a pizza slicer deal... because who would have thought? I'm done. I'll do Papa Johns. If they can't keep up with mini quality issues then they have lost sight on what they want their company to be about. If it's just growth and throwing more pizza across American doorsteps then so be it - but I'm not going to pay for mess. Not anymore. read more

Had a coupon and gave it a try! The packaging and box used is great and high quality. Unfortunately the pizza tastes pretty bland. So I was really looking forward to the crazy cheese bread (came free with the pizza) Sorry to say there was nothing crazy good about it. It was a lot of dough that had some stingy amount of cheese and little flavor . I think if they put some "more sauce on the pizza and more cheese and more pepperoni, it would be excellent. read more

First off -- I'm kind of a pizza snob and would normally never order pizza from a "chain" restaurant; however, we had pizza from Marco's at work the other day and I was very surprised at how good it was, so decided to order a pizza tonight. I was super impressed before I ever took a bite of my pizza because the young man at the cash register was so friendly and professional -- so much so that I decided to write a review before I even finished my dinner. :) All of that being said, I didn't enjoy the pizza tonight as much as the piece I had at work mostly, I think, because there were too many toppings on my pizza. The simplicity of the pepperoni pizza at work really allowed the tanginess of the sauce to shine through. Next time I will stick with pepperoni pizza. read more

Just got our pizzas-1st time. Service from phone order to house delivery was pretty good. The employees spoke very kindly and professionally. However, I should've asked what all toppings were on a pizza or hoped someone would've told me. Pizza arrived a little less than 35 mins time frame. Pizza looked fine. Toppings are good in flavor and amount. However, the thin crust could be crispier and less soggy. The regular crust is well flavored, but the texture isn't there either- mushy. We love Marco's pizza. They have a lot of flavor. Our go-to choices are the garden and chicken alfredo. They add too many toppings, so we request a light topping option for the garden pizza. Their website is excellent and makes it easy to customize the pizza. We have tried other restaurants in the area, but none have the flavor of Marco's. As a bonus, you can get free cheezy bread when completing their surveys. read more

I placed an order online and the driver did not deliver the half gallon of tea I ordered. When I called the store, they kept putting me on hold and even hung up on me....twice. When I finally got a hold of someone they said the driver was probably already back at that point so there was not really anything they could do AND they couldn't refund me my money either because the transaction was already closed out in their system. I literally called within minutes of the driver dropping off my order. Had they not placed me on hold AND hung up on me twice, they could've caught the driver in time to bring the rest of order. Also, why this driver didn't notice he still had the tea in his car and forgot to drop it where it belonged is also beyond me.....Sadly, don't think we will be ordering from here anymore. read more

I ordered a pizza for delivery with extra sauce online . The pizza arrived very dry . I called and was offered a credit or redelivery . We chose redeliver . An hour later no pizza . I called and the guy identified as a general manager says that he had no knowledge of a reorder. He even disputed my order. He also wanted the pizza back that was delivered. Customer service at this location did non existent. The delivery drivers do not pay attention to the address they are supposed to be delivering to. My order has ended up on different neighbors front doors not 1 time, not 2 times, but 4 times!!!! And that's just me. Weekly we get group texts asking if we got someone's pizza delivery. When we call do we get an apology? No. Do we get a replacement order since sour piazza at times has been in a front porch for 30 minutes? No. Then when their online system can't recognize an address that's been delivered to multiple times they don't offer the online deals when we are forced to call in our order. It's pretty decent. They do hand tossed pizza and thin crust. Most of the produce is fresh, but the mushrooms come from a can. Small assortment of sandwiches & salads. The service is what you expect for a counter pizza joint. It's nice that they have a few tables for eating in. The pizza won't make you think of Italy, no matter what their mural tries to tell you, but it's not bad as far as franchised pizza joints go. I'd rank it ahead of the big name chains but behind any of the coal fired pizza places nearby. read more

First of all the crust was more like a deep dish pizza and second it was TOO doughy and also half done even though asked for it to be baked "well done". One thing I hate is doughy half done pizza. We get ads in the mail for Marcos pizza all the time we so decided to give it a try and boy am I glad we did! Pizza is a weekly go-to for my husband and I. We ordered the White Cheezy and it was delicious! The crust was PERFECT! It was soft but not bland, it had the perfect taste and texture. The combination of Feta, onions, bacon and tomato was really good. My husband also ordered wings and ate the whole bag so I assume he liked them. We think that the quality of pizza also depends on how good it is leftover and it was great! We will definitely be trying Marco's again for out delivery pizza nights! read more

Wait time took a minute, BUT, the pizza was fantastic. Me and my family always order the pizza, wings and smore's brownie. I would gather that the wait time is due to the number of calls coming through. When I walked in today both front counter girls were on the phone and I was greeted as soon as I walked in by what I'm assuming was the manager. By far my favorite pizza in the area, for that I could leave a 5 star review, however their customer service has recently slipped to a single star. The latest deliver took over 2 hours and was not in a peak delivery time. I actually went in and picked up an order thinking it would be faster and it wasn't ready an hour after I ordered it. So as long as you're not in a hurry to eat, the food is great...the customer service stinks. I'd avoid this place at all costs, it's not worth the total aggravation of them not even trying to have decent customer service. read more

Decided to finally go in and give it a try one evening. First, service was uninspired - got the distinct feeling that no one really eats there. People probably do take out and delivery instead. The pizza itself was ok, plenty of toppings and cheese, though light on the sauce. Crust was pretty tasty but too thick for my preference. I like a Manhattan style crust. Goodbye Pizza Hut Goodbye Dominoes this is our place to get pizza! My husband wanted pizza and meat sauce so I decided to try Marco's! I am so happy I did! Better than Dominos but worse than Pepperonis. Much much worse than Bombay Pizza Co. The crust is good and they are generous with sauce and cheese. Toppings aren't good quality.
