I've not been in a Pizza Hut in decades. I was driving and wanting pizza, thin crust, veggie.10 Minutes out I called this place and Cassandra answered the phone. I told her what I wanted and had two dogs in the car. She said they had a buffet and they would put this pizza on for me!! Then remembered my concern with timing brought my check over to me quickly to help me get back to my car. We wanted something other than snacks and pizza sounded awesome, so we stopped here. What a surprise we got when we walked in!! The staff is very courteous, professional and helpful. We got a large 2 topping pizza for $7.99 and it was very fresh and absolutely DELICIOUS!! We will DEFINITELY be making this a stop on the way back!! We stopped here on our way traveling home from Cheyenne. Pizza was perfect! Restaurant clean and cute western decor. They even have a toy area with dinosaurs and other things for kids(genius idea). I was craving pizza during my little road trip and after visiting the Pony Express Station in Gothenburg, I pulled over and dropped into the Pizza Hut for a little cheese pizza. I walked in and it was a full blown restaurant with a salad bar and everything. Never seen one before, I don't think they have them in California. Only the Express Stations at airports and such... I ordered two large pizzas to have delivered tonight. The order was placed at 615 pm. , we were told it whould be here at 645. At 700 my wife called to find out if the guy was lost and couldnt find it so we told them exacly where it was. They stated that he just left and it whould be there in a minute. (A lie! because at 705 we get a call from the driver at the store telling us he knocked on our door and no one was here.) my door was wide open and we were sitting right by it so that was a lie. That is fine no big deal! At 715 i called because it was still not here, the guy i talked to said "well i dont know where he is" and claimed it should be there in a minute!! ( is that wrote down next to the phone to say to all customers? ) the saddest part of the whole ordeal we didnt get a sorry from the store, the driver, or a manager! Im not asking for a free pizza but what i do demand is that you admit you messed up and a WE ARE SORRY!! Thank you pizzahut for the large soggy cold pizza. We will drive to cozad for our pizza for now on. read more

Great service! We eat here often and the staff is always friendly. Had a big order mix-up once and they apologized quickly, gave us the order for free AND gave us a coupon for free pizza on our next visit. You can't ask for better customer service than that! read more
