Was looking for a place to stop for taco Tuesday/cinco de mayo so we stopped in here- placed a carry out order. The service was friendly. The food wasn't quite what we were expecting though.

Chips and salsa await ... Instant seating to boot, no wait!

Traveling through the area and staying at the Holiday Inn with a need for Mexican Food. Yelp to the rescue! The building is a cute little place aside of the road. I was seated immediately upon arrival. Dos XX beer specials were a welcome omen ... for $1.75 how can you go wrong?????? The salsa has a little kick, always welcome for sure. Chips were fresh and warm. I ordered the Chicken Enchiladas with the red sauce. They were good ... perfectly cooked and spiced. The red sauce was thick compared to other restaurants, good with a nice flavor. They were served with rice which was soft, tasty, and fresh. My biggest mistake was to also order a side of rice and bean ... Too much food for sure! Here is a confession ... I ate it all, and a second beer. I need a nap and a treadmill in the morning! It was really good. Staff was friendly, service quick, order exact, and food yummy. 5 stars earned and deserved.

Was pretty good can't complain food was fresh tasted good and clean the customer service was good overall was a pretty decent place. I say decent because there's better out there wasn't really the best or something to praise was a little more pricey then I expected was actually trying to go to los jalepenos down the street but thought I'd give this a try. I'd eat here again but like I said nothing that really wowed me. Had the carne Assad tacos those were my favorite out of everything. Enchiladas were a little too plain

We went to Los Jalepenos the other day, which was phenomenal, so to eating here was just not as great. The street tacos looked pretty good (I didnt get them bur my buddy said they were okay), but the taco salad fajita was drenched in queso sauce. I would just go down the street if you want good Mexican food. Our waitress was a sweet heart though!

Mexican food for the non-authentic. Non spicy food, flavorless. There are too many far better choices in the area to end up here .

This may be the worst "Mexican" food I've ever had. The service was good, place seemed family-run, cheap prices. But do not eat.

Great restaurant tucked away, much better than the one half a mile down the street. Excellent staff, food and prices.

I have been to them all, several times in fact and I am here to tell you that none of them compare to Lo Mejor De Michoacan. None of them come close in fact. Do not let the outside fool you, do not let the tiny awkward parking lot fool you. It is what's inside that sets this small "Mom & Pop shop" apart. The first thing that I notice each time is how good it smells as soon as the door opens. It smells good, it smells like pork, and steak and fresh tortillas too. It is also very clean. It seems to me that this is a small family ran business, the same people greet me each time and are always super warm and welcoming. It is obvious they care and want to give you good service along with delicious food. I have taken my food to go and I have also sat down and I will say that there isn't any difference in the portion or the quality of the food. I have a hard time getting past the Carnitas each time I have been. The pork is tender and it tastes delicious consistently. The beans aren't from a can, I am willing to bet that the food here is all homemade. It tastes far too good to be from a can or a package. The tortillas are not warm, they are HOT when they get to your table, they taste so good. In my opinion they are the very best in town. The service is great too, the folks here keep the food coming and the drinks are always full, they are very polite and make your you want to come back again. If you are on the interstate looking for a place to eat, do yourself a favor, cruise into town go past the fast food and the other restaurants. It will be worth it. I can not wait to eat here again.

Teresa's Tortilla, Bakery, and Deli serves the best food in Lexington Nebraska, hands down! Teresa and her husband Santos, and their team, make fresh masa and tortillas that is freshly made, and delicious! You must buy their tamales! The tamales are absolutely delicious! Their masa is freshly made and perfectly seasoned, the meat filling is a combination of good quality meats cooked perfectly in an authentic Jalisco style homemade sauce, and then this bundle of deliciousness is wrapped perfectly like a present in the corn husk. I purchased 4 dozen tamales to eat in my hotel room, and to share with friends in Lexington. I told Mr. Marquez that they would have a line out the door if they had a store in San Francisco, wine country, or in my home town, Sacramento, CA. Thank you for a wonderful meal and your outstanding customer service. I definitely will return to have some more tamales!
