This Pizza Hut is open till 11 and this Pizza Hut is the last location in all of Grayling that offers delivery after BC Pizza is closed. All I could say is wow.....I was craving for hamburger on my way and I had to enter to get it....their hamburger was too good to be crispy....and they had a thousand option on their menu....I suggest you guys should try them out.....with great and cool customer service....the waitress was attractive and politely too....but the only reason I am giving you guys 4 stars is because the pizza was not too good....I gave it to my sister and she was pissed off...I just need you guys to work on it......I will be there again this weekend to check it out and if it is the same as before then I will stop patronizing...thanks read more

Tried it again after a bad pizza the last time, and it was still crap!!! No salad bar, like I'm use too at other Pizza Huts... told them to be easy on the tomato sauce (again), and it was loaded down with sauce, hardly any peperoni or mushroom on our pizza.... The pizza is great...the chicken is good but way to expensive. Bbq sauce was kind of greasy. We haven't had a bad pizza since we have gotten them at the hut. Give it a try, the Garlic & Parmesan crust is the best. read more

First of all, 1 person in that store is not safe. Eventually a delivery person also arrived. The front door was locked. We waited outside the drive thru window for over 20 minutes. We knocked on the window and called. There were 3 more cars behind us. So our pizzas waited for who knows how long in the hot box. read more

It shouldnt surprise anyone that the service at a Northern Michigan pizza hut in - none other than Grayling, Michigan - is hit or miss (at best). If you've been to Grayling before, you know then that employees of any eating establishment here are most likely praised upon their ability to work slowly and are given raises/bonuses on this. Im sure many Grayling eateries have contests every week to see who ticked off the most customers...lol. J/k. With that being said, the pizza hut that I am presently sitting in right now is nothing to write home about - food, service, or appearance. It's a 'canned' pizza hut; looks like any of the other pizza huts that are nestled in little shopping plazas. The salad bar is a mere 3 foot long chilled table with iceberg lettuce. It's sad to look at. The staff here are definitely lacking some serving skills. When you come into this place, what I just typed will make sense. Overall, my pasta was tasty, albeit previously frozen (the middle was still cold while the edges were scorching, raping hot), my server was 'sort of' quick on the drink refills. I was ignored when I first walked in and the server never came back to get my payment at the end, I had to grab another employees attention after it was apparent my server wasn't going to come back for it. When I first walked in, I waited and waited and waited next to the sign that says "please wait to be seated!" and the 4 or 5 employees stood behind the register with their backs to the door chatting and laughing. I finally raised my voice and asked "Is it seat yourself tonight?" Either way, dont come to this specific Pizza Hut if you are in a rush or a stickler for fast, efficient service. Bottom line: while in town, patronize a local private (read: not a chain) pizzeria. They will appreciate your business and at least you will be stimulating the local economy! Good thing is, you always know what you're going to get... and the Pizza Hut in Grayling Michigan is no different, except... It took over an hour to deliver the pizza, and it was cold by the time I got it... so a rating of 2 (Meh, I've experienced better). Next time I'm in town, I'll try one of the other places. I don't typically review "chain" restaurants because it's a known establishment that you favor or you don't. Unfortunately with these sorts of places, we all know to well what to expect from the food and service .. so when a location misses the mark you truly wish you had a warning. Which is why yelp is such an incredible tool, my husband and I adore the local businesses that dominate most of northern Michigan which mom and pop ingredients and originality.. so it's not often we ever crave or give in to a chain like Pizza Hut. It's not better than Fred's in Roscommon or bears den in grayling BUT for a Pizza Hut I do not feel let down. I ordered online at 5pm and set up a carry out for 730pm. We are about 20 minutes away so I left early because of the construction on 75. The parking lot on a Monday is quite empty but when I got inside there were two small families eating at booths and the counter employee was also the waitress. She was bubbly and quick and multi-tasked greeting me and getting my info while serving a table. My order was not up yet but she let me know politely and pointed to a waiting bench for carry out guests I could sit in. I paid and my order was in my hands exactly at 730pm which I truly was amazed at. The timing was perfect for them to prep and process my order especially when I submitted it so far in advance. The food looked perfect and was delicious. Not misses on this visit. read more

My sister-in-law took me and my two sons here today for lunch. This is my 3rd time visiting and the second time of really awful service. The food was so-so. The boys had pizza which was made to order and hot but mine and my sister-in-law's broccoli soup was lukewarm and lumpy. Our Supremo sandwiches were on the burnt side too. We had no paper towels in the caddy, had to ask twice to get silverware after we served our Quepapas, had to ask for cherries in our drinks, and had to ask 3 times for refills on our drinks (I had water so I wasn't brought a refill). Everytime we tried asking for help we were ignored completely like they didn't hear us! Two waitresses, Paige and a member of management named Jamie L.) were so rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. A couple of gals working for a local grocery store were in there waiting for over a half hour to get their order taken or for their food. They got up and paid for their drinks and left in anger. We were seated near enough to the counter that we could hear them and Jamie L. never once apologized to them! The table next to us had an elderly couple that had been waiting so long that they started dumping the parmesan cheese out on paper towels and used their fingers to eat that! They even had to take the cheese from another table since theirs had none. Sad to see that not one person on that staff (even the management!!) cares about the customers or their place of work! I give up going again...2 times in a row of bad service is one time too many! I'll be waiting to go to the Alpena location when I can get there. Never had a bad experience there! read more

Okay, so I'm real cautious about giving bad/poor reviews however the only reason they are getting one star from me is because of our waitress as she was very attentive. The food was below any standard that I can believe Pizza Hut would stand behind. I don't know if it was the ingredients they used or not but the overall presentation of the pizza was pathetic. The taste wasn't there either I wish there was something else positive I could say about my experience there. Oh wait I can, I didn't have to wait long to be seated and the fountain Pepsi was good. Every time I call to order, the absolute cock who answers always has an attitude, and add insult to injury the pizza always has nail clippings baked into it. We normally order Pizza Hut on a Friday night. The last few times it's just been okay, not very good. Tonight we ordered the Big Box with wings. The pizza was VERY good. We had a group dinner here with 10 people and the service was quick and efficient--including our need for a random assortment of dinners (i.e. not just pizza) and about five separate checks. The food came out in a decent amount of time (and was really tasty!) and boxes were brought and checks were taken care of quicky as well. My wife ordered a pizza to pick up on way home from work.When she arrived to pick it up they charged her debit card 193.74 for a 10 dollar pizza.when confronted they voided the transaction but 5 days later its still not returned to her account.Everyday when called they claim it will be returned by midnight .bank cant do anything for 10 days so we wait.never will we return to this pizza hut. read more

We went to this Pizza Hut on Sunday, August 16, 2015. After standing at the door and waiting to be seated, the server wiped off a table for us and told us that she had two orders ahead of us. After waiting a few minutes, I got up and got us menus. After 20 minutes of waiting for her to come to our table, I stood up and asked her how much longer it was going to be. She replied, "I really don't know what to tell you. I'm the only server here." I saw two other people back in the kitchen, but apparently taking our order wasn't important to any of them. Some reviewers (probably entitled and from metro Detroit) can never be satisfied. Our family had driven 300 miles and were starved. The kids wanted Pizza Hut, so we of course chose Pizza Hut. The server at the door never said hello. Just asked if we were eating in or taking out. We were seated, and given menus. Never asked how we were, or even a hello. We ordered our food. The breadsticks were great. The waitress the entire time never cam back except to bring our pizza. When she did, I asked if my son could get some water. She simply said ok, and walked away. 10 minutes later I went to the counter myself to request the water. I stood there for 2 more minutes until someone said, and I quote "Hold on a minute." Finally our waitress walked up to the counter and asked what my last name was, as if I were picking a take out order up. She didn't even remember me. I asked if I could have some water for my son. Without a word, she got it and handed it to me. She never came back to see how we were doing, never asked if we needed refills, never asked how things were going, or if we needed anything else. Even the customers at the table next to us were missing food for their order. The staff was uncaring in my opinion, and made us feel like we were more of a burden than anything else. I even had to walk up to get my bill and had to wait 5 minutes for that, only to be greeted by another employee that actually said to me, "Wasssssup!!!!!" Seriously. That was her response. In all of my years, I have NEVER failed to leave a tip. I ALWAYS left something. Last night, I left nothing and made sure I showed a big red line where the tip should be on our debit card receipt. I was so mad, I left without bothering with my copy of the bill, and actually left my debit card...I had to go back and get it 2 minutes later. I will NEVER stop at the Pizza Hut location ever again.
