Really good pizza. We were surprised as we stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago due to lackluster waitresses and poorly decorated pizzas. We decided try the one in Heber Springs. Boy did we get a surprise. We have since eaten there a dozen or so times. The usually only have one waitress on duty, which adds time to get service sometimes, but the waitress that are on duty work hard to deliver. We will keep patronizing this restaurant, because the food is great. read more

You generally know what to expect at a Pizza Hut, but this one does it better in my opinion. The meat lovers pizza was on point, and the meaty marinara pasta was absolutely delicious. All too often, I get a pasta dish from a Pizza Hut restaurant and there is barely any sauce on the noodles which leads to over cooked, crunchy noodles after they finish it off in the oven. So, I was pleasantly surprised to see this was not the case with this restaurant! Their service was quick, and our food was made correctly to our order. With COVID-19 happening now, we had to go through the drive thru to pick up our order. I had never done this at a Pizza Hut before and really enjoyed the experience! read more

I order the food late, but they had it ready within 5min. was amazing Service had a bit of miscommunication but was resolved quickly.

We ate here tonight and really enjoyed it. I ordered the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and loved them so much we got another order to go! We also got a medium supreme pizza. Everything about it was delicious. read more

Pizza here just doesn't taste like it did 20 yrs ago. It is not good. It's just not. Not even a little bit. Wings are good but wings are good everywhere. Difference here is the wings are ridiculously expensive. 12 wings are $22 plus tax and that's unheard of for wings. Most places are $1 each or .75 each. This place doesn't have a salad bar or pizza buffet whereas all other surrounding ones do. Instead they have the salad bar full of pizza boxes and it looks like they're moving out when you walk in. Service was fine. Ambiance is awful. Not comforting at all. Like I said, it looks like they're packing up ready to jump ship in there with the way they have all their pizza boxes in the dining room. I got 6 wings and a personal pan 1 topping with a tea and it was $18! My pizza and drink was suppose to be $7.00 so I guess my 6 pc of wings were $11. Ridiculous. I won't go to this location again. They can't afford menus here apparently either bc they're all on white hand typed out paper. Idk how they stay in business. read more

After a weekend of camping and lake play we stopped here with the 3 bambinos before the drive home. As usual Pizza Hut Heber was wonderful. Super nice and attentive staff. Stocked and maintained pizza buffet. Timely drink refills. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. Good pizza...full sodas...happy kids...nice life. :) read more

Pizza Hut at Heber Springs, AR doesnt seem to really care about what their product looks like. We had recently ordered a Meat Lovers Pizza, I went and picked up the order without looking at it. After getting it home, I realized they had only put 2 different meats on it...and it was overcooked. I drove it back to the store (luckily we live only 3 miles away). They did offer to recook the pizza and make it correctly. The store does appear clean, but in need of updated interior. The young girl working the counter that afternoon was very cheerful and eager to help. She was the best part of the experience that day. read more

I can count on one hand how many times our order has been delivered late. Although there appears to be an issue with my address nearly everytime. The first of which being that they couldn't deliver to our apartment on the website, but by car there was no issue, which was confusing. The second being our apartment we just moved into. They are fairly new builds so that may be what's causing some issues. Can't say I recommend the cheese/breadsticks, for as soon as they get cold they become quite disgusting, and if you try to microwave them, they become extremely hard and even painful to eat. There isn't much issue with the pizza itself and I certainly recommend a buffalo chicken with stuffed crust. Absolutely delicious. The pasta meals are decent, though the noodles on top of the dish are sometimes hard and crunchy for some reason. Overall, not too bad a place, and certainly better than the other pizzerias in town. P.S. Delivery is fairly expensive and sometimes it might be better just to go to Taco Bell and get a few quesadillas for a cheaper price and more food. read more
