I want to start by saying that I love Bojangles Chicken. Hubby, a friend, and I stopped by the Clarksville, AR Bojangles. We ordered one of the big $50+ meals to go and then ordered a "deluxe" fish sandwich, an order of 5? chicken strips, and a chicken sandwich. The fish sandwich was just ok. The tomato was no where near ripe and they were stingy with the tartar sauce. The chicken sandwich was good. The chicken strips were chicken strips... kind of dry and needing a sauce. The friend had asked for 2 of their sauces (ranch and something else) and instead we got 3 containers of the Bo's Special Sauce. I, personally, love the Bo's Sauce but the friend didn't. I went to ask for more (i.e. other) sauces and was told that we'd have to pay extra for the sauces that we had ordered. So, not a great experience (plus while we were there, there was a person who said they didn't get their order... apparently one of the workers gave it to someone in the drive through and they didn't want to remake the guy's order because they had already made it once?) Anyway, we got home and opened up our $50+ meal. I think it was supposed to be something like 20 pieces of chicken, 4 sides, half a gallon of tea, and 10 or 12 biscuits. We had asked it we could get UNSWEETENED tea and was told that was no problem. Apparently, it was a problem because we got sweet tea which none of us drink. Also we got no biscuits at all... not even one. I tried calling but the number given is apparently for their headquarters (in Tennessee?) which was closed for the weekend (we went there on a Saturday evening). The chicken was fine, the sides were kind of typical fast food fried chicken sides (mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy, dirty rice, and some kind of beans). The dirty rice was pretty good especially if you put gravy on that. But no biscuits with the meal and no unsweetened iced tea was kind of the deal breaker for us. Yeah, we probably should have checked the bag, but everything was so nicely packed and the box was designed to hold the contents of the meal we ordered so we didn't want to take it apart. Major disappointment. I was really hoping that this would be our "go to" place for an occasional fried chicken dinner. I don't see us going there again.

My orders recently have been messed up every time I go in…read more One time two of my drinks were missing along with all the sauces in my order, which was 3 different sauces, and the ice cream from the kids meal was missing. the manager fixed all the problems without any issues but it's crazy to me that so many things were wrong with just two meals. Another time from doordash the drink was missing which could've been the drivers fault but either way it was this store. Most recently an employee asked my name for the order and looked down at the bag with my name on it and walked away, I was already waiting 5 minutes to just tell her the name then waited another 5 minutes to talk to the next worker and she handed me that bag, all I got was fries and they were extremely cold. Most times I go there i'm missing my sauces or something is messed up either way i'm going to continue to shop but I wish these small factors could be fixed, have a good day everyone!
