I've eaten there once. I had chicken strips and fried pickles. They were okay, but overpriced. I will never eat there again, but it has nothing to do with the food. This estabilshment schedules employees 1 day a week for 3 hours, and then takes them off the schedule when they ask for more. New restaurant to the area and a welcome addition. Sorry no pics we were shopping all day and hangry. Mom and I both had the chicken wrap and got a couple of sauces each. Had sweet chili lime (or like that), ranch, buffalo sauce. All sauces were very good. These wraps were filled nicely with plenty of chicken, even down to the bottom of the wrap (which doesn't happen too often as you). Can't wait to try some of the other thing they have. The people were super friendly and attentive. Checking on us continually and even stopping to talk to the customers. Nice touch. read more

Slim Chickens made it to Mountain Home. A family favorite for awhile and now we can enjoy close to our home on Norfork Lake. This will be our new go to when the urge hits! I enjoyed the Slims Meal (5pc) and the wife had the Chicks Meal (3pc). We visited on opening Day 2. Perfect everything! People and service was amazing. First Slim Chickens I have been to and it was a pleasant experience. The chicken is good. Fries are good in the restaurant and okay when taken home. There is a great variety of sauces, and a reason to keep coming back. Getting two to choose from is nice. Great place to stop on my way home when I'm heading through town. read more

Yesterday was my first time to try Slim Chickens. I used the drive-thru to get our order. The order process was easy and I could hear and understand everything on their drive thru system. Another nice thing about the ordering area is the canopy over the area. I ordered two Chick's Meals and took it home (12 minutes away). Our chicken was hard as a brick especially the breading. It was like it had been refried to rejuvenate it but it certainly did not. The fries were fine as was the Texas toast. I just wish the chicken would have been better. read more

Went in here recently with my grandma while on our way through the city. The food was great ended up ordering their slim chicken tenders meal. Finally got to drive by pick up my order myself! Have sent several to pickup for me but, this was my first! Well, they are kind! They smile and the young man, Austin, who brought out our food put brownies for each entree in our bag because it took over 10 minutes to prepare our order (even though we were running late picking it up)! Our order was correct! I surprisingly even had a $16 reward for previous purchases that I was able to apply!! Saw that they had a Cornhole game on the patio. We just tried Slim Chickens for the first time and oh my goodness was it good, everything we got was cooked to perfection! I got the tender Mac and it was awesome everything was perfect very creamy, pasta was cooked the perfect amount and it's a perfect portion size for me. Their sweet tea is perfect, fresh, and sweet but not too sweet. My husband got the club sandwich and all he can say is it's amazing and "he wanted to turn around after the first bite and get another one". My husband said service was great and the employees were very sweet and kind and they even called him by his name, he went through the drive thru so I can't comment too much on the ambiance of the place but I bet it's awesome. 10/10 will go back and is on our list of favorites!
